I dont really have a problem with guys that use tbh as long as they actually know what they are doing and arent just smashing the pro-hormones
Dunno, they often think they are the shît at the gym and do stuff like wait directly over your shoulder when using equipment.
Plus it becomes an issue when they brainwash the masses into thinking 'diet pills' will make them look like cover models.

Got these killer protein bars this morning
50g bar with 25g worth of protein in them. Cant go wrong. Tasted nice too. Low sugar and low fat.

I don't count calories or macros. Probably 200g ish rough average?
Thats pretty good. I been doing my sums and I can only get in about 100. Need to fit in some more and up my intake.
I have chicken at almost every non breakfast meal. I eat chicken and brown rice once or twice most days. Helps that I actually like it. Start the day with 20g of whey complex with milk and cinnamon. When I snack it's on foods containing protein. I probably get too much really.
