Yeah but I don't have any really noteworthy lifts. Bb row is my best I guess.
Actually tbf I usually calculate my 1RM instead of testing so I'm not certain what my exact maxes are.
Danny is pretty advanced in terms of strength tbf to him given he has been lifting for like 10 years(?).

Did full body today
All x4:
DB bench press
Front squats
BB row
jump squats -> dips
pull down -> straight arm pushdown
I know not enough legs but I did a non heavy leg session on Friday so not worth going OTT.
Oh yeah. Major lifts to 8, supersets to 12-15.
Yesterdays:
Squat 3x10
Deadlift 3x10
Bench 3x10
OHP 3x10
Cable curls
Face pulls
All compound movements at 65% of 1RM
It wasnt fun
God i hate 10 rep sets. Last sesh of this on monday
Meh it's fine for everything but legs. Legs washes me right out in 30 minutes, I'm a fkn corpse for the second half.
I tend to stay in a 6-12 rep range 90% of the time so am more adjusted than you probably.
