Yep pull ups though I use several handgrips so my rotator cuff gets a rest as it can really limit me.
Ha danny for me it was something like 20/15/15/12/12/10/8 with the rest thrown in as single or double reps at the end of the set. I probably had too much rest time as well.

Dips were better but even then I have too much sore muscle to actually give a full account of myself. I just wanted to train as I won't have the chance on the weekend.
I've done 8 days out of the last 9 so I'm ready for the enforced rest.

Like I said the other day my diet needs reigning in. I've been pretty strict for the last week but I need to step it up another level to get back to my Peak form. Got to stop eating so much fruit as well. I take the plss.

Mhm I had a pizza about a month ago and it was made with quality ingredients but it left me feeling pretty wrong.
it's all that dough man. We arent meant to eat a whole loaf of bread at a time.

Squeezed out an anaemic legs day. My heart wasn't in it. 6/10.

I did okay. My calf was a bit dodgy for the first time under high intensity which was alarming.
Front squats x4
Hip thrusts -> jump squats x4
SL leg press x3
Weighted jump lunges -> band walks x3
SA bi/tri cable curls x3
I actually love doing legs but find it so easy to go through weeks without doing them with football and travelling

why? I havnt been a member of the gym and have been doing front squats from a dips rack on a pull up station...risky stuff in the winter with the wind...but when its raining it was impossible...so my legs are gonna be f'd up tomorrow
