That propaganda works both ways though mudd.

None of what you said detracts from the fact that people are being radicalised to join IS believing that by committing acts like the one in Tunisia is not just wrong, it is a blessed act.

The fact that it is a distortion of Islam does not change the fact that people still believe it. If you take away foreign policy, then the belief would still remain.

Nationalistic foreign policy against religious ideology, one is never ever going to fully eradicate the other.

It would help massively if all schools across all nations simply explained the truth about religion and that it is total fantasy. The fact someone is capable of believing that if they follow a certain book correctly they'll be rewarded by an eternity of pleasure or by failing to an eternal damnation, this of course leaves them open to radicalisation.
