Well done lefty, we should ask Bethesda to make this a trophy I think, as it sounds like you at an epic time! You do know you can make radaway and health stuff on the chemistry table?
Yes Simon, but I couldent find any Purified water..but I have a dealer now, so thats covered.
And 17 Stimpacks later - I killed the Mother leadlice thingy and got the castle!!
Next step is to take a step back and start building my settlement.
I think its difficult when you start but once you get into it, I guessing its quite satisfying.
WHAT A GAME THOUGH!!! Fantastic!!!
Whats everyone else up to? on the game btw, not in any stalking\grooming type of way
And 17 Stimpacks later - I killed the Mother leadlice thingy and got the castle!!
That was one tough cookie
Currently having a go at some of the main missions but may have a wander after this to discover new areas and stock up on supplies
SoG - telling me - I died around 10 times..
Used all my stimpacks and Nuka Cola bottle....Those grenades they give you before the mission sure in heck come in handy
wait - is this classed as a spoiler? I really don't want to ruin this game for anyone.
Not really a spoiler as didn't go into any plot details.
Toughest opponent I've faced so far

Im literally just wondering the waste land, been doing a lot of the minutemen quests thats usually running to new settlements all over the map, and then doing a follow up quest, but wondering off when i see stuff. Found i was collecting power armor yesterday which was fun. Ah also found 3 distress signal missions.
Its quite daunting with the amount of stuff you can do, and the seer size of the map. Its full of content too.
I was a huge fan of Skyrim, and you can really see the influence it has had on this game.
Agreed lefty, although both oblivion and fallout 3 had the open world, skyrm just had so much life and points of interest and stuff on the horizon that you need to go and look at.
Its much better in fallout 4 than in 3 with the crazy bandit bases and such, as well as the legendary creatures, and just the movement of the people/animals.
Skyrim i think still does it best but thats just cos i like the fantasy setting.
I went shopping with the missus yesterday. We went to B&Q an were looking at bathroom fittings. We walked into an aisle with loads of bath tubs and all I could think was 'imagine all the ceramic I could get if I scrapped all this.'
I think I have a Fallout problem.

I didn't really have a problem with that. I had a problem with a legendary glowing mirelurk that was 2 shotting me Must have taken me 20 minutes to find a way to kill it.
On the flip side, I've put some shelves in my house for all of the legendary gear that I'm not using to sit proudly on display. I also have a magazine stand to store those on. Also keeping an eye out for a bunch of pool balls to put on the table. I have an eight ball and a cue.
I lost half of my weekend building stuff in my settlements
Just had a major twist in the plot which i obviously wont spoil but
SoG - Thanks for not spoiling
Jay im glad im not the only one looking for all the pool balls! Think i have at least 8/16 and 2 pool cues now, did find a bowling alley with a couple of pool tables so that helped.
Gave up with a legendary skull defense bot thing, tried for about an hour, best i could do was mutate him, hard as nails.
Think i just hit level 16 or 17, but honestly done nothing and still havent gone to diamond city, just enjoyed wondering about and doing random missions.
Anyone found the Railroad yet?
I had a 5 minute walk around Diamond City.
Simon, in one of the first raider buildings you clear out (on the way to Diamond City, I think) one the first floor (up the elevator) is a pool table with about 6-7 balls on it. I'll try and find the name of the building tonight.
I do know that they don't all fit in the triangle though. Bloody shoddy developing if you ask me

The quest I'm on at the moment is to find that. But I got slightly distracted by Swan & a legendary super mutant for about 2 hours, then I needed to sleep

Yeah, following the freedom trial. It took me hours and hours because I went in every building you pass.
