Wow i really done too much wondering, only just found piper and then strong by accident, currently looking for valentine. Just love this game and the possibility of just dying. Well placed grenade and there are pieces of simon everywhere!

I only found Curie by accident, exploring the wasteland. I haven't found Strong yet. I haven't used Piper or Valentine as a companion yet either, just Codsworth, Dogmeat, Garvey and Curie.

Its amazing how everyone you talk to has gone about this game completely differently.

I found Valentine by accident while I was exploring. I sort of found Piper, but only briefly. Currently using Cait, because she's a badass.

Some of the detail they've put in to this game is insane. There's a radio signal being broadcast somewhere of a woman who entered a full sized safe in a store, just before the bombs hit. She was trapped in there with no way out, and no one to open the electronic locks, and the final broadcast is fecking harrowing.

I did the first mission with Danse with Piper as my companion and all 3 of us were in power armour. Synths didn't stand a chance.

I haven't worn my power armour since the very first mission with the deathclaw. Probably should think about using it sometime, might make some of the missions I do slightly easier.

Didnt think about putting my companion in power armor, hmmmm, well maybe i should use it more as well, have like 5 suits, and more than 30+ power cores, im always terrible in games like this, "saving stuff to the right moment", then end up never using them!

Would you guys like to share companion locations? Or leave it pretty much spoiler free, though i dont think it will spoil anything.....

Yeah I wouldn't mind. Got most of them anyway and it won't spoil anything IMO

It doesn't mean it's coming to VR, but it is quite a setup.

Hardware is certainly interesting Amiga, but like playing tigerwoods on the wii, although great fun, the novelty wears off pretty quickly and there is a reason you are playing video games on a screen with a controller, rather than with all this additional tech. As one offs, and lets be honest not really for playing RPGs this set up certainly could be fun.

Although very interesting this stuff really needs sepereate inputs for head and head and gun, which in turn will require specially game mechanics etc.

It's interesting tech for sure, VR i'm sure will prove to be far from a novelty and evolve over the years to become a highly versatile tech.

It has so many possibilities not just in the gaming enviroment, the fun far from wearing off will become much better focused as will the way we interact with it.

Not doubting VR amiga, you already know my position on that, its the omnitron thing that i am doubting as a long term input i dont believe there will be that much take up from home users etc.

And i think the importance of special designed games as per the london hesit on Playstation VR, in which guns and head arent linked are already about.
