No that yer parochial or anything like that
Joan Baez for sheer charity of voice, and she's still got it in her 70s.
Paul Rodgers, just because he's brilliant and always had been. Seen him recently with Bad Company. Took a song and a half to get going but still there.
And Daltrey of course, back in the day. Not so much later on.
Then there's Rod. Even after they rebuilt his throat, the voice is unmistakable.
Darlington Nagbe....in a Rex Harrison kind of way

Saw Bad Company at the Apollo in 74/75. 75p a ticket. Still never seen a rock singer to beat the wee man on his day.
Also -
For easy listening types....James Taylor
For female types...Karen Carpenter/Bonnie Raitt
For MOBO types.....Stevie Wonder
jazz/crooner.....Tony Bennett
And of course, the big man himself ....Glen Daly.
Surprised no votes for Steve Brookstein.

Love JT. Voice like a warm handshake.
The boy from Sigur Ros has some set of pipes on him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Have seen him at least 4/5 times. Maybe the only one who sounds exactly the same as his recordings and the same every time. Effortless. Best voice of the lot IMO

Contracting with leprechauns.
Magnum, I've seen him live but only the once. Was in the concert hall about twenty years ago. We were probably both there although I was just a boay.
He's also funny as fack.

If I had to pick one it'd be between Cat Stevens and Otis Redding. There's something about each of their voices that hits me everytime.

For pure vocal it's between Tracy Chapman or Aaron Neville , I could listen to them both all day
