After 8 years of meaningless rhetoric based on those
'Hope and Change' constants the people there will get a chance to see if any real change can be forthcoming.
Would not take much to be better than the last guy who was always going to get a free ride regardless.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yup, nothing meaningless about let's "make America great again"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
After 8 years of nothing then it can be called that not on day one.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It's still absolutely meaningless when his plans for making America great again revolves around making the lives of white people better while minorities schit their pants!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You are not all there are you? Another constant bleated along the it's all someone's fault line. Illegal immigrants are just that and should be deported. Apart from that how is he favouring old whitey to the detriment of every other creed?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

That country is a nation of illegal immigrants! Time to close the borders once to many darkies want a piece of the pie as well.

Can't be worse than Obama really
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I read the other day that Obama is leaving office with a 58% approval rating. Which is near unprecedented.

The DNC really facked up big time selecting Hillary.

Obama from an outside perspective seems to have been one of the best ever presidents, but as I say I don't live there.

Obama was responsible for many a death from drones. If I was a 'darkie' living overseas in one of those countries I'd kiss the ground in happiness that guy was going.

Obama is popular because he is intelligent, articulate, did his best with Obamacare to help the common man. On many things he was thwarted by Congress. He could have done more, he made some mistakes, but people will look back on him fondly.
The new president won't be, for many reasons.

Less than an hour after the inauguration the White House website removed climate change, LGBT rights and healthcare from its 'issues' section.

Expect countless executive orders over the coming weeks, followed by protests and mass civil unrest.

Political persuasion aside, Obama (in years to come) will be remembered as a vastly superior diplomat and president than his successor.

Obama was an average president. Classy guy and a solid first term, but his second was mostly forgettable.

Obama left black and white poor in despair for eight years, and messed up in the middle east and Africa.
Stirred the pot with Russia and Israel.
Deported Mexicans in huge numbers.
Kept Guan tan open

But, looked cool and was black, so got an easy ride.😀

I think the likes of Rand Paul, Rubio and Kasich all had the potential to be strong leaders had they been selected ahead of Trump as the Republican candidate. Trump is a major gamble.

What was surprising was that the Democrats only had two major candidates running. You'd think they'd have more depth than that.

Bernie may have been a better bet, if you are democrat.

Not a fan of Trump, the man, but we will see, and the identity politicals of lgbt and feminsm, plus some racist black militants just suck.As bad as those they hate.

Many of the policies Obama wanted to implement were blocked by republicans in Congress.

It's also worth noting when he was inaugurated the US was in a recession. He successfully guided the US this period.

Trump is now promising jobs that no longer exist. Which, as time goes by will become apparent to the US public.

How he is going to persuade US manufacturers to replace efficient, cheap, reliable automation with highly paid, slower labour is a mystery.

A couple of interesting reads

www.bbc.com/news/business-38404404

www.forbes.com/sites/timworstall/2016/08/06/donald-trumps-economic-adviser-peter-navarro-is-simply-wrong-about-trade-wholly-and-entirely/#4fd1bc604f26

Trump's senior economics advisor has written books titled The Coming China Wars and Death By China.in this case, Trump isn't the lunatic, it's the guy giving him advice...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I do business with US and China, but I have to say that Trump is spot on with the influence China has.

Do you know it’s cheaper to send items from China to the US than it is for people to send them from US - US thanks to a deal with the US Postal service. Mom & Pop businesses fail to compete and have closed down because of the Chinese, not only that you invent a product and they just copy it straight out, undercutting your prices, and there is nothing you can do about it.

They have software and syndicates that scan for products and then produce them cheaper and sell to the US. But not only is it cheaper it ends up being poor poor quality.

It happens all the time, don’t get me wrong, China can produce great stuff but there needs to be something that stop this.

I doubt a lot would happen to China unfortunately as Jack Ma met up with Trump recently to get more trade from US to China, I think this will happen and will be big. Jack is a smart guy!

Having said that, US needs to buck their ideas too, it’s really hard trying to find a supplier to work with there, they are rude, don’t want to speak on the phone, arrogant etc…

On another note people need to be careful what they believe in the media, a lot is anti trump and they have manipulated a lot of things he’s said or done. Just don't believe everything you read about him.

Hardly agree with any of that bluebell.
At least freed many from Guantanamo.
Russia did most of the messing.
If he left the poor in despair, which I dispute, it's going to get worse. And he has retained surprising popularity, even among the poor. And not just because he's cool.
But we will see what the future holds.

The coming war with China book is getting panned on Amazon. It sounds like an amateur piece of work:

'I thought this book was a conceited piece of work motivated by dislike and lack of understanding. If you look on Amazon.com you will see that the author has provided his own review and given himself five stars! This should tell you all you need to know. I'm sure this is the type of book that will get jingoistic Americans red-faced with anger at the thought of what the Chinese are doing to the world, hopefully everyone else will see it for what it is....a worthless collection of anti-Chinese Internet articles.'
