That is absolutely not the view of the UN, the International Criminal Court, conflict monitoring NGOs or human rights organisations around the world.

Find me any independent international organisation that supports the view that the crimes perpetrated by both sides were equivalent.

Taiwan would be very difficult to invade. Whereas you guys have the Russia thing on your doorstep we have the whole Taiwan thing on ours 😂

There’s only two months per year due to sea conditions that China can launch a sea operation. And it would take around 6 months to build up a force big enough to launch said operation so it wouldn’t ever be a surprise or quick thing we’d wake up to one day and see happening.

Unlike Ukraine there is a (vague) agreement to defend Taiwan if China tried to invade and would likely be invoked if it happened. The cost to China’s economy would be huge so not sure it’ll ever happen.

I'm not a fan of NATO and I think there are many valid criticisms of the organisation.

But if you think this invasion of Ukraine hasn't been in the works for at least a couple of decades then jeezo...

This is, to steal Hollywood parlance, the endgame for Putin now. This is what he's been building towards since he came to power. The restoration of the Russian Empire. The pieces are now in place.

not bothered about western sanctions, because the west has lost its economic power now....china, his mate, is now were the trading is to be done
