Lost Prophets are the only band I can think of that I have ever made a fully conscious decision to avoid listening to. For obvious reasons.
Actually, I haven't listened to Michael Jackson since that documentary either.
I can't think of a band I've stopped listening to because of political views. I think the only way that would happen is if they were creating material about them.

It's that time of year of renewing my car insurance and as usual it shoots up about £200, biggest con artist industry in the world those lot.

Saw your post on electric cars - couldn’t comment as I’m persona non grata on that board!
I gave up my car ca 2.5 years ago - went carless unless work provided me with one. Im lucky in that I don’t need a car most weeks never mind days.
Pretty much the best thing I’ve done as a sacrifice. A lot of worries removed. I do still drive, and hire a vehicle when I need it.
A car is sitting idle 95% of the time - it’s an extraordinary waste as it depreciates. Never mind the other running costs like insurance.
An insurance policy that is based on miles driven surely cannot be far away with the telematics that’s on cars these days.
Anyway what I was saying is if you don’t have a car you own right now, you don’t need one most days, and don’t have a school run or anything else related with small kids to take car of..
Fk having a car of your own. Fractional ownership has to be the way forward.
Of course it’s likely to crash the economy if everyone does it, so don’t tell the world!
