It seems to be accepted fact that around 1.2million Arabs (out of around 1.3m in total) were displaced from Palestine in 1947/8, and around 400-500 Arab villages destroyed by Jewish immigrants.
We've seen in a video posted on here ex IF soldiers apparently boasting about Arabs being rounded up and machine gunned, killed with flame throwers etc.
These little facts are glossed over in that Pro-Israeli article which focuses on incidents in 1967.
I think one of the concerns is that many (not all) Jewish Israelis, particularly those in power, generally seem to have very little regard at all for the lives of Arabs as we are seeing now.
Also the fact that there were only 60,000 Jewish people in Palestine at the end of WW1, compared to 1.2million by 1950 and 2.3m by 1965 was overlooked amongst other things.
