Why would you think that? Its one of the biggest ships ever built. The rudder and propeller are free now, and they're hoping the rise in tides from the full moon will help free it.

Is it true that the UK has vaccinated around the same number of people as France and other countries?

You have to have two doses in order to be fully vaccinated. I'm reading that the number of people who are fully vaccinated is about the same in France as the UK. UK have given far more people the first jab but might not have enough for the second and other countries might catch up in a few weeks.

Sounds dodgy to me but not outside the realms of possibility.
