How nice of you to speak for others.

.....

I was replying to the comment you made when you were speaking on behalf of the majority.

You are being a bit thick again.

Agreed. Surely the majority of fans would have taken a 3rd season meltdown in exchange for a title or major trophy.

....

Not true fans of the club.

The glory hunters who have no connection to the club or who understand it's traditions and values of the club.

We have an example of one of this type of fan on here.
People often question if he really is a United fan.

How nice of you to speak for others.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

VC, a guy who has never been to OT and lives in the US spending his days insulting united supporters questioning other fans credentials

You couldn’t make it up.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Nobb telling lies about a poster he has filtered and is obsessed with.

You couldnt make it up.

Robb, or he could have been worse. He's never been consistent and to expect him to be under Jose is at best wishful thinking.

The fact he is still at Inter tells you everything you need to know. Not good enough at the top, top club level.

And why did you pose the question when speaking of 'the majority' ?

Did you want someone to answer it?

You don't have to live in Manchester to watch United. Or City for that matter. People from all over the UK watch a variety of Premier League teams.

Obviously if you live abroad its not reasonably possible.

So what's your excuse?

Not really. Icardi plays there and he’s good enough to start for any PL side.

So, back to the OP. I'm glad to see others agreeing that at the time of his appointment it was a good move by Ed, even though it ultimately went sour.

So in my book that means Ed has 2 poor managerial appointments and 2 good on his record. Will the next one be the decider?

Actually, while you’re here a question for you

I’ve been watching a shiiiit ton of Spanish football since I’ve been here and fallen in love with it. Just is played with a lot more emotion than you see in other countries. But this season I’ve found VAR to be a real ‘passion’ killer in games as the stoppages seem to take out the excitement and leads to long periods of waiting around. What are your views on it? Bad for the game? I don’t think english fans know what’s gonna hit them next season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I actually love it, Robb. Do an article on it and we can discuss without derailing this one. Or if you prefer, I'll just copy-paste your question and start it myself.

Ultimately it’s impossible to tell.

At this rate ole is deserving the job FT and no one will begrudge him the job if it’s given to him. So in that respect it will have been the right decision to give him the job. But then If he fails in the job he will be sacked and then hindsight will be king.

That's more to do with the fact he would demand a huge, huge fee and wage rather than clubs not wanting him.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Because it supports the argument that Woodward isn't simply a bean counter and is getting closer and closer to where we want to be with each appointment

So Dibble, you agree we should have given it Giggsy until the end of the season. I'm glad you agree.

You have had lots of opinions on here.

Most are contrary to yours.

Never mind though. Nobb is on your side and Wahl will be.

Ed hired the following:
LVG - Bad
Giggs - Good
Jose - Bad
Ole - Good

What do the bad have in common?
They're dinosaurs in the modern football landscape.

What do the good have in common?
They're United through and through.

No. I think after Moves and LVG we needed a top manager, a prove winner

One thing I did get wrong with regard to Mourinho was that I vastly overestimated the long-term damage he was capable of doing to the club.

His deadwood signings were fairly easy to get rid of, he taught the dressing room a few valuable lessons, and left the players wishing to prove a point or two.

I’m actually watching United live at Fulham next Saturday. Best mates a fulham season ticket holder so I’m sitting with them. Gonna have to be low key when we score 😂. Not looking forward to chilly England
