chances are if we started out offering a few million extra last week they would hold out for a few million extra on top of that

we got this deal negotiated quickly at the end of the day. think with the speed we got say the vicario deal done and the Werner deal we deserve a bit more benefit of the doubt. we're not the only club involved in these negotiations, it's not always our fault

yeah very daft to blame the club for this. we're not even 2 weeks into the window and nearly had 2 signings through the door, has any other club signed anyone yet? we've worked very quickly, can't control Bayern coming in for the same player as us

we seem to always have a backup plan at the minute so not too concerned

well the second we did get it agreed Bayern went and matched the offer, think that was probably gonna happen on Saturday too.
