Also we might be getting £30m as all we know it’s in excess of £20m

I’ve got zero excitement from this transfer window.

Ange getting his targets.

Good enough for him.

We’re assuming they’re his targets.

Still not convinced we couldn’t have squeezed a bit more out of them. But agree to disagree.

Good luck to him

Could’ve squeezed £30m out of Leicester I’m sure.

Exactly.

We also signed an 18 year old championship player for £40m but yes my comment was completely unrealistic.

Leeds didn't want to sell Gray but were forced to because their finances are a mess
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This actually makes me feel we could’ve got him for less, if they were desperate for any money.

Selling Skipp to Leicester for £20m+ is good for everyone. Can't we all just be happy?

Guess not

Yup good business. I didn’t mean to upset a few on here by saying could’ve got a bit more from him, nature of the site I suppose.

£40m to their fans was a bargin because they believe he would be worth way more in the future.

Skipp can't play but he gets a free one way trip to Leicester and one last chance to sit on the bus.

That’s a shame tbh

Although not the greatest of players, Skipp loved the badge and always came across as a humble person.

All good, bud. I was referring to the grumpy goose, Sizzle.

Siz, I really don't understand how selling our 6th choice central midfielder for a tidy sum can be classed as small time. We have opened up a space in the squad to potentially sign someone who could have a bigger effect in the first team. Surely, that is setting our sights higher?

Because I think he’s worth more and I think our treatment of him generally has been pretty shoddy.

Still it’s done now (or looks like it will be shortly) so that’s that.

Players to look out for from our youth teams

U18 Beggs 15 yr old CM. Luca Williams-Barnett 16 CAM/Winger, Byfield 16 CB, Malachi Byfield 16 CB, Feeney 16 ST, Hebie James 17, Miracle Adewole 16 LB.

U21 Maeson King 18 LB/CB, Callum Olusesi 17 CM, Yusuf Akhamrich 18 RW/LW, Oyindamola Ajayi 18 FW, George Abbot 19 CM and Tyrese Hall 18 CM 18.

Both teams got off to winning starts and the good news is there are plenty of players who have potenital to make it with us or elsewhere.
