Swarbrick and Riley think it is working well.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well they would, seeing as it benefits Pool on an almost weekly basis
According to Bein if you wear day glow boots like bright yellow it’s pixelates and make your feet twice as big on a blown up image so get black boots on
It is an issue though its clearly not accurate enough or quick enough. Changing the rules in the law to feet would make it easier but still gna get toenail offside etc until its taken away from the human eye and its accurate and fast using technology, no idea how they'd do that.
Still its a lot better than how it used to be, im sorry but why all the outrage? if its given and he is a cm offside by the law but its given anyway cause fack it why not, benefit attackers theyre superior and deserve it right?
at the end of the day we're going to get them for and against us and it still provides the debates people claim to love but cause its VAR they hate it?

I mean if there was any justification for VAR it was today as without VAR there would have been two wrong decisions and we'd be 1-0 down instead of 1-0 up.
The Wolves player was offside with his feet. It was clear
VVD practically just admitted he handled

It's pretty simple - they should incorporate soft signals like in rugby, tennis and cricket. Ref makes the initial call and then checks it if there's doubt. As it is, the refs are just absolving themselves of any agency and leaving it entirely up to VAR, and that's a shambles when the computer measures it to infinitesimal detail which has no practical impact. And then build in an "umpire's call" margin for error.
My question is how Liverpool never seem to get any injuries to their key players
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So you don't think Alison, Ox, Matip, Salah, Fabhino, Lovren, Shaqiri are key players?
Very odd viewpoint

Alisson, Salah, Fabinho yes. The others no. How long have those three been out this season? I remember Alisson missed a handful of games early doors and Fabinho is injured now. The Fabinho one struck me as notable cos I couldn't remember many others.
Anyway, it's not a criticism so I don't know why you're getting so defensive. Clearly the players are well looked after, or presumably the scouting team scrutinise their condition well before giving the go-ahead.

I think it's done alright for the first season but definitely things to learn, which obviously can't be changed until the season ends. Looking at other leagues and how they use the screen is one. Perhaps doing away with lines and if you can't tell whether it was offside or not with the naked eye, let the goal stand. Speed of decisions is another. It took them ages to see that Lallana used his shoulder when it was completely obvious from a quick replay.
