Barca and madrid dwarf every other club
I think it may be the German League you know. Bayern, Leipzig and Dortmund are all strong teams.
I think the Premier League is comfortably the strongest if you're going for the entire league and comparing. The top two are on a fairly similar level to the top teams in Germany and Spain anyway.
Liverpool and City are currently a stronger 2 teams than any other 2 in any of those leagues. In terms of the rest I don't know.

Right now, every European league basically comes down to a couple of decent sides at the top, with a sea of average clubs making up the numbers.

Atletico and Liverpool are on same Level (tier 2 European teams) but Atletico proved themselves to be the better team over two legs.
Tier 1 teams in Europe currently are Barcelona, Bayern, Juventus and PSG. City need to replace their defence before they can approach tier 1. Liverpool need to upgrade their midfield and buy a World Class striker.
Liverpool's midfield isn't shown up in the PL because most teams in the PL have weak midfields, but against Elite European teams, they just can't compete with players like Henderson and Wijnaldum.

Liverpool and City are currently a stronger 2 teams than any other 2 in any of those leagues. In terms of the rest I don't know.

Liverpool got to 2 consecutive CL finals, and close to 100 points in the league. City close to 100 points in the league the last couple of seasons and looked like knocking Real Madrid out of the CL.

17/18 they had an easy run to the final, 18/19 they would have been easily beaten by Barcelona if not for a freak result and this year they were easily beaten by a superior Atletico Madrid team.

Atletico are obviously not better than Liverpool at this moment. Watford beat Liverpool too, does that mean they're better?
Barcelona and Madrid would struggle to win the PL if they were in it right now IMO. The points tallies heavily suggests that.

Atletico and Liverpool are on same Level (tier 2 European teams) but Atletico proved themselves to be the better team over two legs.
Tier 1 teams in Europe currently are Barcelona, Bayern, Juventus and PSG. City need to replace their defence before they can approach tier 1. Liverpool need to upgrade their midfield and buy a World Class striker.

Liverpool's midfield isn't shown up in the PL because most teams in the PL have weak midfields, but against Elite European teams, they just can't compete with players like Henderson and Wijnaldum.
