Did you see the stuff kicking around yesterday from ' official' sources ?
Saying the board had to back Lennon as it required a unanimous vote of no confidence and lawell wouldn't give it
It also said that Jack Ross was lined up
Then there was the Martin O'Neil one
I do think he will resign soon , but rnr touched on it yesterday it's an absolute embarrassment he's hanging around like a bad smell when it's clear the fans do t want him
I don't understand why he'd resign, he's paid handsomely and he'll probably never get a job at this level again
He'll also probably still think he can turn it around
i dont want fans there, not in a pandemic.
i wish they could though, this is nothing but contempt from the board.

In all honesty though, could they be seen to kowtow to the angry protests?

Not a problem - there’s an ST waiting list.
Rapidly shrinking right enough.
the protests should have f all to do with decisions
if they were using that silly narrative they wouldn't of sacked Mowbray fs
such is their loyalty to those who went when deila was in charge.
as you say, list will be shrinking now, because the same people who weren't interested then won't be interested now.
mental to think there are some fans who only wanted a ticket when rangers were promoted, obsessed right enough.

this
Some saying the protests have saved Neil his job
Maybe they want Milan game out the way first. It's a dead rubber and if it's a heavy defeat you would not want that destroying any new manager bounce that a care taker usually gets.
Agree with those above on Lennon resigning, why would he? Not just because of the money but he is the sort of guy who probably still believes he can turn it round
Unfortunately after Sunday, fans will have no chance of getting near the ground this Sunday, the police will make sure of it.
It's beyond embarrassing now the whole situation.

I think the chances of him staying are slim to none now.
If/when he goes though, I can see the board wanting to do it on their own terms i.e. control the narrative, etc.
they're letting Lennon down by keeping him on for Thursday
we're nailed on to get another doing
see if we let him go and gave it to Kennedy even for a few games absolutely nobody would care about Thursday
but with Lennon in charge it'll be yet another stick to beat him and the board with
its as much on Lennon as the board now and its all become a bit sad, it reminds me of Steve Keane at Blackburn.
I don't think the fans helped Lennon keep his job, it just changed the narrative as to why he is keeping his job, he wasn't getting binned anyway.
the only explanation I can think of is that we literally have nobody lined up who can take the job
it's a complete and utter embarassment
mate it took us 2 months to sign carlton cole mid season.
it will be Strachan, if anyone.
I know the players are to blame for this period too but my god most of them must be cringing aswell and desperate for him to go, thinking how much worse can it get?
Strachan hasn't managed a club side for 10 years

the lack of effort from the players won't be forgotten about, none of this will be forgotten about
I never seen the game on Sunday but I've heard Edouard was nothing short of a disgrace

mate, me and you both know that doesn't matter in the slightest to these @rseholes.
Eddy 100% looked sleekit to me, kept looking over at the bench and defo, to me anyway looked like he wasn't giving his all.
What about Scott Brown doing the stepover with nobody near him Sunday, passing the ball straight out of play then falling over.....right after we went a goal behind
very few have shown real "effort" this season, i think laxalt and greg taylor are 2 that i can say try their best.
Our awful form has coincided with Greg Taylor being out the team btw
