Salah to be honest. Hazard hasn't really ever excelled in the UCL for me, whereas Salah has.

I did say at their best
At their very best I don't think there's a lot to choose between them. Hazard might even edge it.
But the thing with Hazard is you only get to see that level a couple of times a season. Maybe not even that over the last few years.
With Salah you get that level on a pretty regular basis.
At their best - Hazard
On a consistent basis - Salah
