That of course will just open the gates to more rioting, violence and accusations of racism - prepare yourselves
------------
Slavery was abolished more than 150 years ago, yet African American populations remain one of (if not the) the nation's poorest and segregated ethnic groups. Just put police brutality aside, a host of research shows that they are proportionally more likely to suffer wrongful arrests, wrongful convictions and face obstacles for the same administrative procedures as other groups.
Why do you think that is?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They’re also more likely to be involved in gang crime and criminal activities in general - that statistics speak for themselves
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why don't you try answering the question. Why, in your opinion, are black populations 150 years after slavery was abolished, still (among) the most marginalised in the country?
And those statistics, that you say speak for themselves, what do they say to you?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ioag excuse my ignorance but what consistutes as wrongful arrests? I’d like to read up on these if you have any material. Watching documentaries like making a murderer it always astounds me how corrupt it all is.
Is there records that show amount of people arrested and which were wrongful arrests and any stories similar?

It’s a great documentary.
I only watched it a month or two ago, but it’s really opened my mind up to the unconscious bias I have within me, that we all have.

I do believe that DC did exactly what he was trained to do, and has been subsequently hung out to dry in what will essentially be a conviction out of political necessity.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That is exactly what is happening
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Absolute nonsense. The guy who trained him stated this is not the case, in court. You can't just make stuff up, there's actual laws and evidence at hand here.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You need to listen to the cross examinations too. It’s nowhere near as clear cut as you’re making out.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I didn't say it was clear cut. I don't need to listen to anything having already listened to it.

No one mentioned anyone being responsible for the actions of others.

I’m not defending anyone - I think what happened was absolutely appalling and over the top
What I’m saying is that what we think should happen or what we think is right or wrong has nothing to do with what will unfold in court
The Law isn’t interested in any of that, all the Law is interested in is what can be proven beyond reasonable doubt
And IMO the prosecution will have problems securing a 2nd degree murder charge
That’s it
And the fact that you, I or the vast majority of the public don’t agree or don’t like that, will make no difference whatsoever to the outcome

This has to be the most loaded question of all time. The fact that you have twice quoted how long since the abolishment of slavery suggests that your response is already typed.
Most crime is committed by black males because of Gangs. A lot of the time this is created with single mothers bringing up children without a father figure.if you have to ask why black people are stopped and searched then I would suggest that you are either thick or being provocative.
There are many reasons for it but I guess that doesn't fit your racist agenda
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Funny that neither of you EDL/BNP boys could answer a simple question straight up. You're both skum.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They’re skum because they might have a different opinion as to the cause(s) of the disparities between the white population and African American population in the United States?
Interesting...
Pretty sure he's clearly written it's because they don't have the decency to answer a simple question (which was posed after he made yet another ridiculous statement).
Also, if you not come across the amusingly named Revolution before then... well.
So a quick google search, USA figures
% of population
murders by race in USA
Black offender : 56%
White offender : 41%
Exonerated for murder due to wrongful conviction in USA
Black : 50%
White : 36%
Basically carbon copies of eachother, Obviously this is just murder but both look pretty in line with eachother. Interested to watch that documentary and see what information they have. I watched a movie the Mauritanian about Guantanamo bay, had something like 700 captives and only around 11 have been charged and 3 found guilty
I recommend the movie. It’s great, shows America in an even more scary light. Mental country
I’m still yet to watch the Mauritanian I’ve only heard good things about it.

They’re skum because they might have a different opinion as to the cause(s) of the disparities between the white population and African American population in the United States?
Interesting...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They haven't stated why they think that is despite having been asked a couple of times, and they are the ones to accuse me of having a racist agenda, yet you feel the urge to jump in to defend them when I respond in like terms.
THAT'S interesting.

I do believe that DC did exactly what he was trained to do, and has been subsequently hung out to dry in what will essentially be a conviction out of political necessity.

That is exactly what is happening
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Absolute nonsense. The guy who trained him stated this is not the case, in court. You can't just make stuff up, there's actual laws and evidence at hand here.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You need to listen to the cross examinations too. It’s nowhere near as clear cut as you’re making out.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I didn't say it was clear cut. I don't need to listen to anything having already listened to it.

This has to be the most loaded question of all time. The fact that you have twice quoted how long since the abolishment of slavery suggests that your response is already typed.
Most crime is committed by black males because of Gangs. A lot of the time this is created with single mothers bringing up children without a father figure.if you have to ask why black people are stopped and searched then I would suggest that you are either thick or being provocative.
There are many reasons for it but I guess that doesn't fit your racist agenda

So a quick google search, USA figures
% of population
murders by race in USA
Black offender : 56%
White offender : 41%
Exonerated for murder due to wrongful conviction in USA
Black : 50%
White : 36%
Basically carbon copies of eachother, Obviously this is just murder but both look pretty in line with eachother. Interested to watch that documentary and see what information they have. I watched a movie the Mauritanian about Guantanamo bay, had something like 700 captives and only around 11 have been charged and 3 found guilty

----------------------------------------------------------------------
This has to be the most loaded question of all time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They haven't stated why they think that is despite having been asked a couple of times, and they are the ones to accuse me of having a racist agenda, yet you feel the urge to jump in to defend them when I respond in like terms.
THAT'S interesting.
