Why are reasonable and good posters spending all day arguing the toss with the 2 most thickest posters on this site in RDD and N2. Between them they dont have single neurone that fires at the same time

This is another problem. Sounds like he doesn't want anyone that could rock the boat a bit. Would explain why we haven't appointed a top coach who could improve things, and went for another rookie instead.
