I agree it still seems the case that we need to sell before we buy. Ridiculous that after over £80m worth of sales we don’t seem to have reached the point of being able to buy
Players will be arriving for sure. We need to take the noises coming out of the club with a large pinch of salt.

Think of the outlay though over the last three years, spent big on Silva, Semedo, Nunes, Cunha, Guedes plus good money on many others, RAN, Sa, Gomes, Hwang, Sarabia, Kalajdzic, Dawson, Lemina, Traore.
Over £300m outlay I would imagine there.
What you reckon then, shall I bang up a match thread for Saturday? Get some of the Celtic Bhoys on here for pundit to play with?
Reports from London saying that as they have failed to agree terms with Wolves, West Ham have called off the transfer of Cresswell
Italian press reporting that Napoli May try to get the Kilman deal over the line by offering Lozano in part exchange
West Ham; "No Jeff, we don't even accept Amex from Brighton."
Agreement has apparently been reached for Guedes to spend another season on loan at Benfica
Wolves have a buy back deal on Ryan Giles. The decision to sell him to Luton makes more sense now. If he performs, we can bring him back.
If Cresswell isn’t coming then still not sure selling Giles is the right decision. Personally I would have him ahead of Cresswell anyway. Guess he’ll be playing for the opposition at Molineux next Wednesday
Young Wolves defender Oliver Tipton has joined Notts County on loan
Would certainly rather have Giles than Cresswell.
Would rather have RAN than either Giles or Cresswell.
Without doubt. Lightyears ahead
Juventus kicked out of Europe and fined. Chelsea also fined. Both in breach of FFP rules.
but Man City carry on as normal

The others made the mistake of releasing their books for auditing.
Schoolboy error,
Barca also in Europe despite being investigated for erm tipping referee's in advance for their good performances
The opposition in the 2 friendlies so far have been quite good, but I think the one coming up against Luton may well tell us a lot more about where we are with the season about to start.
We have a new signing
Leo lopes goes straight into the u21s
more rumours of Ait-Nouri going to Nice

Absolutely nailed on that Giles will outshine Bueno, RAN Toti, Jonny and anyone else Lopetegui chooses to throw in at left back.
I watched Jimenez play 45 minutes for Fulham last night against Chelsea. Looked pretty much the same as he did last season for us, a little bit sharper perhaps, took up good positions in the box and got on the end of one cross but shot was blocked. Didnt get a lot of service mind you, which again he will be used to.
