I hope so. Sounds like you and others just want to call people out for not matching your higher morality. It is the internet afterall. Its a big deal for supporters like me to pack it in over this one issue. Especially onecwhich nobody knows the real truths. Yet. Thats how I feel.

The 606 way, once you have set your stall up (your opinion), you must go down in flames with the stall if needs be. Its the psychology of an internet forum where everything is saved for ever

I don’t want to see him in a United shirt again.

Remember my eldest brother and dad having a row about George Best when I was a 10 year old, my bro just didn’t get my dads POV that he was a beast towards women and being a great footballer didn’t absolve him of it.

They’ve both passed now, but post fatherhood I know my brothers attitude would have been different.

One of strangest things about the fallout from this case is how those that made their minds up straight away, have been prepared to be critical of fellow fans, the manager, the club, the family, and even the women they believe to be the victim, all in support of their immediate judgement.

Meanwhile, those that have considered that there could be more to the case than we know, and have reserved judgement until we know more, have been branded nonces and so on.

Bizarre.

painted anyone who wants to wait and see what the Club decided

.hat those who have said thwrencpuld be more tomit than we know lets see what comes of the CPS and club processes,

Those that want MG gone

Judged him immediately.

Refuse to consider there is more to the case than they know.

Dismiss the significance of the additional information the CPS referred to in their decision to drop the case.

Have been abusive to those that are of the view that we should trust the CPS and Club decision.

Are prepared to suggest the woman they believe to be a victim, was happy to accept a bung.

Are prepared to criticise the club they claim to support / love over their handling of such a difficult case.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If you wanted to wait and see what the club decides then why do you need to keep voicing your opinion yourself before the club decides
----------------------------------------------------------------------

To counter the mis information hay has been readily shared on here about the case.

Baz for example, has been very vocal about this case in recent days, and yet when I looked at his interpretation of the key facts of the case, he was either wrong or speculating wildly to support view.

No, that’s not what I meant at all. I was interested in how high people place utd in their life, as I’ve seen others who are obviously massive fans (some maybe not so much) state they will walk away over this, which is admirable in conviction. It’s the balance between that vs supporting a team, and where people sit with that. I saw an 82 post yesterday where he stated he’d lost a bit of interest over time with the way the game was going.

Well, it's the people who currently represent the club, most of whom are not popular anyway. The club itself, the thing that people love, is an institution that's been around since the late nineteenth century. It won't be deciding anything.

If I could get to the truth on this I could make a decision on what I think more comfortably. But I cant . Yet. Will find out one day. At 5he moment both sides are based on perception of the available information that is in the publis domain. I dont want to discuss the actual case. Its how United and fans move on from this that concerns me. But atm not supporting united anymore is nonsence. A decision that you have found easier than me to make

Yes, and they will leave at some point and the club will remain. Its entirely possible to keep having a strong emotional attachment to the club whilst wholeheartedly disagreeing with decisions that the current leadership make. Its bizarre to argue otherwise.
