Joao Pedros gone under the radar, hes got 19 goals 2 assists for brighton in all comps, a goal involvement every 91.4 minutes of football for them!

Udogie

Football has changed. The most important thing, which can effectively be worth 10-20 points a season, is compliance with FFP. This means keeping costs down. The most effective player this season in this regard has been Mason Mount.

He has kept costs down massively for United due to lack of appearance and goal bonuses. If he was playing and scoring every week then he would cost us a fortune and end up costing us around 10 points come the end of the season due to financial breaches.

The worst signing in this respect is Cole Palmer. Chelsea must have budgeted for a few appearances from him this season and maybe a goal or two. He is costing them massively in goal and appearance payouts which could well cost them 15 points come the final deductions due to FFP breaches.

Overall, our approach has been extremely intelligent when it comes to FFP. We have been one of the lowest scoring teams meaning very few goal bonus payouts and we have also been one of the poorest performing teams so very little performance payouts. We often still manage to get the win though so get the points on the board.

Getting the points on the board, coupled with keeping FFP breach points deductions down is how you run a football club in this modern age and we have done this the best out of anyone and Mount has really been the poster boy for this.

Slow start to the season but he's really doing well now. 9 goals and 6 assist in the PL so far is a strong return.

Van de Ven @ SPurs.

I know Spurs defensive numbers aint great but he has been pretty faultless all season. His speed and recovery / covering tackles have been superb. Calm on the ball, decent distribution and stepping forward in possession. Great levels for a 22 year old new to this league.

Micky has been injured for half the season. Doesn't qualify.

Declan Rice. Alot of money to live up to. Has gone on another level. Scoring goals and assisting as well as dominating the midfield.

Yeah rice has gone up a level, out of all the big money signings he’s looked to justify the price tag

I don't think any Spurs defenders should be in the conversation. We have conceded 38 goals from 25 games.

u dont rate him? gets bit of a free role at spurs bombs on a lot but usually defensively hes an animal, as good as anyone? physically strong quick hard to beat. Good signing. Theyve signed 4 good players who have done well this season, 3 of them are gk and 2 def. Their def records not great but itd be a lot worse without those signings a hell of a lot worse lol. I don't see it as something to mark against them individually.
