Who were those executives? Going by who the majority shareholders are it would no doubt be the Glazers, maybe Jim and co dissuaded the ownership, who ultimately have the final say, to wait until the completion of a formal review.

Don't know, trying to give Jim the benefit of the doubt otherwise it will be more of the same poor decision-making we've seen for a decade since SAF retired! Like to think we are moving towards a more professional, grown up sporting operation.

I think there are currently only 3 executive directors at Man United according to the website. They are:

Avram Glazer – Executive Co-Chairman and Director

Joel Glazer – Executive Co-Chairman and Director

Jean-Claude Blanc – Interim Chief Executive Officer

This is a good read from the Athletic, Ten Hag was pretty much set for the sack after the final but lack of viable options meant we opted to give him a second chance. Talks only got deep with Tuchel and De Zebri
