Girls and Boys, Blur (1992)

I might have to remove As It Was.
I was thinking if peoples' feet leave the floor or cross over it's not pop. I'd be dishonest if I said it doesn't break that rule.

pop???
it's a great song but I wouldn't personally class that as pop mate!

i was thinking of American Boy, but I can't find a single source that calls it pop (my instinct is that it could fall under pop, but if NOBODY else says so).

i might have to stop at 35.

That was Liam Payne not Harry Styles...

OK I missed Careless Whisper, George Michael (1984)
and I should add Kiss, Prince (1986)

so that's 37.

I'm excluding disco and funk.

I want to do a separate thread (if noone else does) for disco.

What pop is there in the 70s?
