I thought Ruud would get the whole season

Doesn't say he won't, tbf. I'd be surprised if Amorim leaves mid-season

Now that's an exciting appointment. Imagine if he brought Gyökeres in, I think Rosso would bukkake all over the place.

Great news for Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte.

You think the Sporting players would play for a manager that they know is off this early in the season?

Yeah.

Though on the other hand, I always thought we'd only sack EtH if the next permanent guy was available there and then. So maybe.

I’d be very surprised if this guy won’t be joining us till next season tbh

Didn’t think we’d move this fast. Impressive from Ineos.

From the names linked he’s the one that excites me most. But then again I said the same about ETH.

Don’t know what it means process as Pun hasn’t told me but I believe you will bukkake all over the place when he brings Ronaldo back from Saudi

Yep. ETH was *the* man at the time.

I thought it seemed a bit far-fetched that we'd get him, tbh. Pochettino seemed much likelier. Ten Hag was the ideal choice and it hasn't worked out.

Hard to be optimistic (or even anything but apprehensive) about our next choice, whoever it happens to be.

Wiki tells me this guy has a 72% win percentage which means he’s an elite coach, get him in.

Didn’t Sporting knock Arsenal out of Europe last season too?

posted on 28/10/24

I made an article 2 and half years ago saying ETH was my first choice and Amorim second. Looks like we might be able to have both and see who is best. 😂

Was relieved when we didn't get him

We'll help him get that win percentage down, don't you worry about that

Yeah, this guy is basically what ETH was 3 years ago. A really impressive coach in a relatively mediocre European league.

Who knows how it translates. I've given up trying to work out which coaches are objectively "good", there are just far too many variables.

Should have gone for Nagelsmann or Tuchel when he was available not a Liverpool reject-ed

There was rumours he was gonna follow the sporting director City nicked off them to replace Pep.
