Suarez is an Angel

It's just more dirty, term.

I'd rather be bitten by Suarez than tackled by Ryan Shawcross to be honest.

For me the most disappointing thing for Liverpool and their supporters is that on the day the club remembered Anne Williams and consoled with the people of Boston, what should have been an emotional day that showed Liverpool in good light and beamed around the world will always be remembered for ‘that’ incident.

Good article.. Let the FA decide on a ban and move on.. The only pathetic part of this whole thing was mentioning giving the money to Hillsborough families support.. There was really no need to mention that as far as I'm concerned

He'll be banned for the rest of the season, & if BR has anything about him he'll ship Luis out. I just can't see how we can stand by him yet again. The man is a complete animal with no regard for the rules of the game, very low morals and will not change.

That was a gesture to the Liverpool fans he let down and a good gesture as far as I'm concerned. Nothing to do with any other club.

Ayre has already said Suarez is going nowhere.

Come out & say "we are selling him ASAP" and you slash his transfer fee in half. Shame on the board if they haven't learned

It's called red mist. Once that descends, you don't think of anything but what's caused it. So it's not really a valid point.

Fred

Are you not disappointed by that?

to be honest i think that's relevant.

No I'm not.

Suarez has harmed the club more than anything, why should we suffer more by getting rid of him and losing our best player? Why punish the fans?

I don't think Suarez has Anger issues.
He was clearly trying to provoke Ivanovic
into doing something silly.
Quite sly actually....

Fred

Look at his past record:

URUGUAY

- Age 15 he headbutts a ref
- Age 16 he is nearly sacked for his drinking

HOLLAND

- Bust up with team mates over a free kick
- Bites an opponent

ENGLAND

- Found guilty of racial abuse (rightly or wrongly, he put himself in that situation)
- Asked to bury the hatchet by his boss & shake Evras had - refuses
- Asked not to talk about the incident again after the case was dealt with - refuses
- Spent more time on his backside than his feet last season with his outrageous and highly frustrating dives
- Swears at Fulham fans
- Scores with his hand vs Mansfield
- Bites an opponent (again)

INTERNATIONAL DUTY
- Prevents a goal with a handball
- Punches an opponent

Given that he has traveled the globe and continues in this way, do you really think he's going to change? What must he do to be unfit to wear the shirt in your eyes?

Did United sell Cantona?

And by the club. For four months.

When we're good enough to sell Suarez and replace him with the same quality then we can sell him. Until then we can't. This is also a business afterall.

The way he pretends to be hurt afterwards actually annoyed me more than his bite.

posted on 22/4/13

I'm not sure you can say that he was pretending, he was thrown to the ground aggressively afterall.

I have to say that was pathetic

And without a good reputation you don't have a business. Suarez will not change, his track record proves that. Keeping him is no different to selling your soul. Whats next? And when it does happen, how much will it knock of the resale value of this asset - looking at it from a business perspective.

-----------------------------------------
If we get rid of him, we'll replace with a less quality player, our reputation will go down as we'll be worse and we'll stand less chance of getting the much needed Champions League qualification.

Suarez has apologised to Ivanovic, who was a bigger man than I would have been, with how he reacted and then accepting his apology, he has been fined, I assume two weeks wages which is the maximum for a club. He has been condemned by Liverpool fans and rival fans, all over the world. His wife will be disgusted at him after recently asking him to tone it down, the club have issued a response apologising and telling everyone that anyone can be sold and no doubt will internally deal with him. On top of this, the FA, I presume, will ban him. With this, he will have received punishment befitting of his crime. He'll be disgusted with himself.

He can then continue to be one of the best players in the world. Despite what the OTT people say, Suarez will bring us more in a good way than a bad way, he's just that good. We can't sell him and we won't.
