A lot of "fantasy football" players here. So because Afro had a couple of good games against us we shoud sign him regardless of whether he fits in our system or not which he won't unless we drop MC16.

Our problems last season were in DM so Fellaini will fix that

-------------------

no it wasnt.

our problem last season was the wingers and tactics.

I'll start exercising my neck muscles.

HOOOOOOF BAAAALLLLL

Fellaini bullied us with high balls and physicality, he never bypassed us with a bit of skill (not off his chest) or a defence splitting pass (not off his head).

also, if fellaini was actually that good, someone would have come in and triggered his release clause by now or at least enquired.

the fact noone has suggests that he isnt that good.

those people who are so desperate to see a cm come in are prepared to take anyone.

We should only buy Fellaini if we want to end the game with 10 men in the champions league.

Dunc

Last season Carrick was left to deal with the threat of the opposition midfield on his own a lot of the time when he had about 7 different midfield partners, all of varying quality.

With Fellaini in there we'll have someone who has the authority to get stuck in and use his strength to break up attacks leaving Carrick time and space to pick out more passes.

Yeah, the wingers weren't great but the lack of help for Carrick was a bigger problem.

How many people tried to buy Kagawa or De Gea before we bought them? How many people have tried to buy Gundogan this summer?

What a püssy rob you're.

ffs Robb, you change your tune more than most men change their undies.

you said yourself a couple of weeks ago that the wingers were more of an issue.

the fact is if we had a midfield of Gundogan and Vidal we would struggle because most teams now play with three in the middle.

any team who has a midfield who can pass a ball will always outdo a midfield two.

add the fact that every time the wingers got the ball they lost it, the midfield was put under more pressure than what was needed.

Robert is now comparing Fellaini to Kagawa & Gundogan.
