Finally someone to decide how much a team should enjoy winning and the relief of winning..... Just what we need....
Bit surprised Liverpool did a lap of honour considering they lost.
Still, fair play to them. Takes all sorts I guess.
Unrelated but funny picture!

How wound up are the Scousers right now? It makes the win that much better for me. Their tears of rage and despair are priceless
You can tell they all thought they just had to turn up and we would roll over for them. Amazing what a good run in the league can do to your mindset but this is probably the best they've had it in 20 years so you can't really blame them
"How wound up are the Scousers right now? It makes the win that much better for me. Their tears of rage and despair are priceless"
Exactly, you can tell how sure they were they'd win.
Obviously not a game worth celebrating over though. Wonder what Sturridge was so upset eh?

I can confirm our lap of honour was because the team and club wanted to show their appreciation to the fans for having to pay such exorbitant ticket prices for a FA Cup 5th round game
How has this article gone for you, OP?
I like that Daniel Sturridge and Fabianski photo
If Arsenal and Liverpool players can get on ok, why is it like a Gremlins tea party on here everyday?

Surely they could've shown their appreciation far better by actually winning the game?

I've heard of Howard Webb. Referee, right? Did he suggest the Liverpool players do a lap of honour at the end then?
Nice gesture, if so.

You're really sticking to this"scousers are wound up" routine aren't you batty.
Of course Liverpool fans are wound up. Unlike your humiliating and embarassing defeat last week, we were arguably the better side yesterday and it was due to bad finishing and an incompetent referee that we didn't get a result. So yes we are a bit annoyed that you won.
On top of that, you have bragging rights, and there are no bigger, more obnoxious or arrogant than Arsenal fans on this site. So yes, Liverpool fans are wound up but thats natural given the circumstances. I'm sure Arsenal fans will be wound up if you're denied a clear cut penalty against Bayern on Wednesday, or will you show complete humility in defeat?

Try not to break your arm patting yourselves on the back for winning, ARSEnal fans."
This guy decides how much fans celebrate and whether it's appropriate or not.
What a valuable service.

"Is Wenger in or out this week?"
-----
Definitely in.
What about you guys and FSG?
"On top of that, you have bragging rights, and there are no bigger, more obnoxious or arrogant than Arsenal fans on this site."
And it seems there are no bigger, more obnoxious or arrogant losers than Liverpool fans.
"We battered you"
"You got lucky"
"Why are you celebrating"
"It doesn't matter"
"Small club"
Blah, blah, blah.
This article is another fine example.

The capitalization of "AR SE" in Arsenal was my personal highlight. Brilliantly thought up stuff.

I know, but it just seems weird, LlvL.
If they appreciated the Liverpool supporters so much, why not try to win the game for them then.
Surely that'd have been better than a cursory lap of shame?
Gibbs was consoling Sturridge at the end because Arsenal players are nice
