People who compared him to Caroll are stupid. First and foremost a snail was quicker than Carroll.

I'm looking forward to the Diaz and Darwin combination. There were glimpse of it against Arsenal before Diaz went off with an injury.

I won't say it got to me. The way I see it is I look at other striker first season and below is his progress:

1) Carroll is donkey level - COMPLETE
2) Werner is foundation level - 90% COMPLETE
3) Lukaku is flop level - IN PROGRESS
4) Suarez is intermediate level - TBA
5) Torres is advanced level - TBA
6) Salah is expert level - TBA

I want Real. Beating them over two legs would be some kind of consolation but more importantly a confidence booster.

Carlo also seems to do well against Klopp...but I don't really know the h2h

Would love some long overdue revenge but they recently always seem to have the upper hand against us, and tbh we couldn't beat them in the Final when we were in good form so I'd worry even more this season.

Whenever we play them it just feels like Real are getting revenge for the 5-0 on aggregate years ago under Gerrard and Torres, and Carlo his own revenge for obvious reasons

They've some excellent players and a vastly experienced squad to go with some of the best young talent in world football.

Don't fancy getting them at all.

Porto would be my choice.

idk just the way it works, think there's nearly a 40% chance we get Bayern. Then roughly 20% each for Porto, Benfica and Madrid.

Basically because all the other English clubs topped their groups and all the other German clubs came second it doesn't give Liverpool/Bayern many possible draws.

Err...let's have a look at this statement with the percentages.

So Bayern have a 40% chance and the other three a 20% chance?

Therefore the chance of not drawing Bayern is 60%.

Therefore drawing one of the other teams is 60%.

Therefore it's more likely we draw one of the other three, over Bayern.
