What are they smoking over there at Dragão?

Yeah might be a case that we've tried to negotiate a deal less than the release clause. I'd take it all with a pinch of salt though, I've seen both £55m and £90m thrown around as the release clause so probs all a load of ITK BS anyway.

Porto are not going to sell a key player so close to a season start. This kind of work should have been done earlier so the selling club could get a replacement too.

Liverpool boss Arne Slot started his news conference with a question about whether the club would be active on deadline day: "I'm not expecting anything, but again it's not different than all the days before, if we see an opportunity we could act."

Self control man! When I was single I could game all night or drink for days but once the family life began it was family and therefore work first. So limited gaming and drinking!

Currently going through a little relapse, had a few late nights with gaming and tonight I've arranged for a mate to come visit, since we bought a house several weeks ago, which will involve drinking and spontaneous fun, ie arguing about football and music.

I guess back on track from Sunday!

Last fm i played was 2020, 141 hours in it.

You need to wild out every once in a while to keep yourself sane

hes clearly a fairly intelligent footballer though, dont think he ever relied on just pace of which some think hes lost a bunch of cos of the acl injury?

26 fresh start, hopefully we can help him get back to the potential he was showing before the unfortunate acl injury.

This part excites me the most tbh because apart from Salah we don't have elite IQ players in the front line

It also really puts into perspective how blessed we were with Firmino, Mane & Salah...where Salah probably started out as the weakest in football IQ
