I think he acted like a complete caant and should just apologise for his behaviour.

Certainly - he cheated on his girlfriend. No one is arguing that what he did wasn't morally reprehensible, but that's a separate discussion.

There's no blaming the victim, just doubting the credibility of the verdict/evidence

I don't think anyone here gives a shít about Ched Evans, but they do about the precedent that the case sets
