Who's Kissing Cameras?

Radiohead - Kid A, Amnesiac, In Rainbows

All brilliant, of course, but how can you omit Hail to the Thief - for me, their best album since OK Computer?

Really not a fan of HTTT. I even like The Eraser by Thom better.

I honestly couldn't name a Strokes song.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Are you suggesting that makes them average? I couldnt name any songs in the hip hop genre.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No. Just that the impact they had wasn't that big.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Insane as most of the bands being talked about here only came about because of the Strokes

Great album start to finish

I can take or leave Radiohead generally speaking.

But In Rainbows is total and utter genius. One of the best albums of the decade, by any artist, of any genre, easily.

Is This It is such a strong LP, great album, catchy Rock music. Casablancas hasn't topped it since.

Oooh the new album was really strong imo. Not sure it beats it though i agree.

I don't even remember hearing Strokes songs. I have a vague memory of someone at university mentioning them.

Fair enough if they influenced other bands, but they had zero influence on me.

Craig David - Born To Do It
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Great shout

Rewind, Fill Me In and Rendez-Vous were played at EVERY party I went to when I was 15-16.

Play by Moby was everywhere as well, great album, as was Elephant by The White Stripes.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Really? I was kinda kidding about David

Seriously?HTTT was so mediocre. In Rainbows shats on it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

2+2+5, Sail to the Moon, We Suck Young Blood, Scatterbrain, Wolf at the Door and the truly marvellous There There? Mediocre? For me, those are in the top twenty songs of that entire era! Spooky, original, atmospheric, deeply emotive.

I liked In Rainbows, obviously, but I didn't think there were as many stand-out tracks. Same with King of Limbs (though that has the truly remarkable "Codex" on it).

The View's debut album was always good for pre-drinks before hitting the town.

And for 8am on Sunday morning when it's just you, some random guy you've never met before, and the dog still on the go

The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots is another great album.

6 music playing some new Albert Hammond Jr. stuff at the moment too. Sounds really great. Really interested to hear how the album is.

Hail To The Thief had only 2 tracks that I'd put on a playlist.

A pretty poor return for a Radiohead album.
