Nope, I don't know you. I can only go off what you've u say on here. This is why I said the views you've expressed............
Why do you think I'm of the opinion you have a problem with refugees, immigrants and migrants coming to these shores for various reasons?
This also makes me laugh;
"When French Protestants, Jews and west Indian migrants came here,,nu here were small and mixing was mostly good"
Really? Do you not remember the racism during the 60's, 70's and 80's inflicted on the above people? You left off Indians and Pakistanis that came over here and experienced a warm racist British welcome.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My own experience of the late 70's was not being able to go to the local park alone. As soon as you walked in a bunch of teens would walk straight over and start giving you grief. I got jumped by about 20 white lads I was 13. They were all 16+
At 16 I went to a college where for the first time I met many of my kind. Safety in numbers and all that and I started to fight back and then I was the problem
I have no animosity towards anyone, married to a white lass etc. However I still believe that the early immigrants were forced into ghettos and were always subservient preferring to walk away.
Later generations couldn't walk away and became a problem as they wouldn't just shut up and take it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No one was forced to live anywhere!! People weren't dragged here kicking and screaming.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I actually was tbh.
However just because someone moves somewhere doesn't mean they should be attacked based on colour etc
Or are you justifying kids being beaten up?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That is one massive jump! Now, I am justifying kids being beaten up!!
Who FORCED you to live somewhere?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes you are.
Who forced anyone to live anywhere? Doesn't mean they should get beaten up because they choose to guy a house and live in it?
How do you justify a person getting abused because they live somewhere?

Zlatan,
You said immigrants were forced to live in ghettos.
I said nobody was forced.
You say I am justifying violence and you were forced.
I ask, who forced you?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My saying forced into ghettos was a response to earlier comments based in mixing.
The way people are forced vary. For me, for example, I grew up in an allwhite area from day 1. I always wanted to move to areas like Bradford as I was sick of the day to day abuse and seeing my windows put through on a daily basis. But for finance situation we would have been forced to move to Bradford etc because visiting cousins who did live there people thought twice about giving you stick when the numbers were more even.
My point that its all well saying immigrants dont mix but is it coz they won't or locals don't let them?
Regarding so called ghettos, when "invited" migrants arrived in Britain they were all settled close to others from the same region of origin.
My dad got knocked out by skinheads wielding a club with nails, and I remember him sitting while mum picked glass out of his hair as he got bottled while he walked home from work.
Those perpetrators had far more opportunities than my dad or myself, just like many of their "race"
Love it when I see the progeny of migrants doing better than the indigenous populous.
Those directing energies against migrants will forever be poor bstards that were too lazy to get off their ass and move to better themselves preferring to take the easy option to blame someone else.

Really? What's racist about seeing someone take full advantage of the opportunities and battle against the odds.
The fact that you looked past violent racism to somehow make the fact I admire those that gave up their lives to make something of themselves 'racist' speaks volumes.
Racism exists for more than one reason.
Superiority, jealousy, inadequacy or just natural born bullies that hate difference and it's not unique to white on black/brown. 'Ghettoes' are as much about local authority failings as they are about people of a certain race wanting to live among their own.

Could have just said 'love it when migrant kids do well', the rest is what makes it sound racist.
Ahead of the upcoming budget, local councils are starting to find out the government's funding commitments post Brexit.
Currently Cornwall receives £60m per year from the EU. The government have offered £6m a year (£18m payment over three years).
With similar funding packages being/to be announced across UK councils. Most of which have already been under funded and stretched for years.
The government's own wealth figures (was discussed on Andrew Marr this morning) demonstrated the inequality between the rich, (circa 14% increase in wealth) and the poor (4% decrease) will hit levels last seen in the 80's over the next few years.
Yet support for Brexit amongst the 'working class' remains high.
