Promised another round of austerity, baking in zero growth and further misery for the most vulnerable in society for the next five years.
Waved away concerns about the UK continuing to send munitions and materiel to a terror state actively perpetuating genocide.
Continued to scaremonger about the state of the nation’s finances to the further detriment of consumer confidence and investment.
Confirmed the two child benefit cap, a disgusting and punitive assault on children’s well-beings, safety and educations.
Admitted it didn’t even bother investigating the impact of the introduction of means testing the winter fuel allowance.
Pussied out on wealth taxes.
Borrowed the Tories’ rhetoric on asylum and continued their idiotic policies on mass detention and deportation whilst ignoring the need for safe and legal routes.
Committed any chance of an improved trading relationship with the EU to the waste bin.
Been issued with a formal reprimand by the ICO for failing to respond to the majority of subject access requests.
Decided to fund the new Thames Crossing infrastructure programme by PFI, a decision so short-termist and cripplingly facking retaaarded it should have Rachel Reeves disqualified from managing her own pocket money.
Failed to act on a basic rate of universal credit which doesn’t even cover the basics.

Musk agrees to take down accounts, pay fines, comply with #Brazil's request for X/Twitter to appoint a legal representative. Case was about a nation-state having sovereignty over its own media ecosystem in the face of the whims of a billionaire, and it looks like sovereignty won.

This Labour lot are clearly incapable of clearing up the mess the last lot created over 13 odd years. Christ, they have had nearly 3 months already and still most things seem the same.

They’ve brought their children out in the middle of the night to the sea to watch other children get decimated.

This "it's alright because we declared it" line that Labour keep trotting out is cringeworthy and as usual lacks any self awareness. Do they really think OAP's care whether they were above board with their cadging when they are starving.
I murdered my wife last night but it's OK because I rang the police and declared it.
The gifts have only become a scandal because the Right Wing media have declared it a scandal.
MP's of all denominations have benefitted from freebies since the dawn of time and many over the last 14 years have been far more sinister with contracts and peerages handed out like confetti in return.
Pawnty wetting right wingers are really over excited about not very much, gaggingly desperate for a win, any win....they're so dumb!

Not on anything like this scale for an individual. Nonetheless the fact that the main clarion call was about obeying the rules, openness and to be free from influence is clearly being ignored.
It might help that they understand the rules in the first place as the mantra seems to be “we didn’t know”. Laughable.
However much it goes on; it stinks of rank hypocrisy with the only saving grace appearing to be not being as bad as the last lot. To most people it’s degrees of difference but still sleaze.

These starving pensioners can console themselves with another pension rise of between £350-460 next year. Meanwhile;
"In 2010, 9% of this group lived in a household that had a total wealth – including assets like their home and pensions – above £1 million. Ten years later, this rose to 27%."

And that is due mainly to how property prices have escalated. Their home is still their home. It doesn’t give them any more spending power.
Even at that; what about the remaining 73%.
Sorry, but that is a nothing argument.
In so saying; I’m all for means testing. The measures put in place are far from scientific and even the party itself is split on the whole thing.
Might be wrong but I can see a U turn on this, not least because of the unexpected £10bn differential being discussed. They’ll try and make it look a good thing to help those same struggling pensioners.

OK lets get Boris and Co back.
This Labour lot are clearly incapable of clearing up the mess the last lot created over 13 odd years. Christ, they have had nearly 3 months already and still most things seem the same.

So they’re offering boat tours off the coast of Gaza to watch it get bombed?
They’ve brought their children out in the middle of the night to the sea to watch other children get decimated.
Israel is different.

Time may well prove you correct but it takes years to steady a ship. Years…

These starving pensioners can console themselves with another pension rise of between £350-460 next year. Meanwhile;
"In 2010, 9% of this group lived in a household that had a total wealth – including assets like their home and pensions – above £1 million. Ten years later, this rose to 27%."

Annie, you aware that the £350-460 increase is per annum and not per month?
A whopping £7 a week for many.
