I have a feeling that Master Smith gonna rip again visitor’s poor bowling line up!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Your powers know no bounds.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
U gonna for sure enjoy tomorrow when ur amazing team folds like a pack of cards! Till then just relax with a cup of tea or with a shot of brandy..
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't think anyone has called England amazing, they were called the worst touring party ever to go to Australia. Obviously a lot of that is hyperbole as everything either needs to be the best or worst rather than one of the best or worst to stir up debate. However it does show what people thought of our squad as we lacked a proper spinner (as Crane is very raw), a genuine quick, an experienced top order and Stokes.
Whatever happens tomorrow, Smith as always, holds the key to Australia's innings. They're as reliant on him as Spurs are on Kane. It's just a shame they're both so bloody good.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Candle,
It’s all good bro! To be frank n fair, we neutral cricket fans prefer to see a good contest between two teams but got quite disappointed this Ashes! I was surprised how some folks here and at crininfo had England as favorites.. I said way earlier that alone Smith will be enough to handle ur bowlers as I don’t see them threatening nor balanced.
Also ECB has been a joke for some time. Uncle Strauss is doing some serious damage to ur team. I’m not going to drag about KP as I agree he is a tool, but at that time he was one of ur best batsmen and he got treated quite unfairly. NO:1 goal of ECB should be to have best players who can win matches not destroy them. Anyways good luck pal..
Also want to add our BCCI is even worse than ECB. Idiots don’t care much except 💰
I hope my team India do better this year when traveling overseas especially SA, AUS but it will be uphill task!
Real cricket fans enjoy & respect Test cricket as it separates men from boys. However I do enjoy other formats and World Cups will be always my favorites..

By his high standards, a really poor series from Root, have no idea why he prefers to bat at 4, he was so much better at 3.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He's basically batting at 3 anyway, since that promising 83 in Brisbane, all Vince has done is hit a few devent shots and got out cheaply.
Check back.
As a general rule, The Aussies just about 'average' 50 runs per wicket lost, That being among their top order batsmen.
Our lads struggle to get up around the 30 mark.
Of course the tail ends are a lot less as an 'average'.
We always seem to be chasing the game.
Gormless stroke play ! The last two overs yesterday a prime example. Only they know why they attempt those shots.
This morning, I'm expecting a rough shod, sub standard tail end batting collapse, Followed by a 'measured' but progressive Aussie leading total come the days end. Obvious !
Yeah, That's what's been so frustrating in this series, Like our touring RL sides, we are so predictable.
Well there we go again, Bancroft is a wicket waiting to happen, nice bowling by Broad, terrible work by Bancroft
Warner played well for his 50, just a good bit of bowling by Jimmy
Think Crane has looked good, not brilliant but day three should see the ball turn more, Alli has been poor again, few good balls
Loved Broad and Curran taking on the short ball, Curran playing really well.
This test is over unless we take 3 wickets with the new ball, Smith looks like he's never getting out

Yeah sorry mate wasn't responding to you, was just making a general comment regarding his bowling. Overtones looked a lot better
Crane looks OK but I see he is just a McGill carbon copy now. Thus us what I hate about England. They font develop talent they make it a clone. No way Steve Smith plays for england with that batting technique. He would have the gooch stance ala root, Ali etc
Abf moon is a batsman who bowls, by focussing on his spinning he is neither now. Root packed in his bowling to focus on batting, ditto moin
There’s only one positive I can say about this series and that is that I don’t have BT Sports
It has been painful waking up at 5am to watch us either lose wickets or bowl pies before close
Good runs from the Moeen, Curran and Broad to get us up towards 350 after Malan went early. However we needed another 100 runs or so which would have added a lot more scoreboard pressure. Although we could have 900 runs on the board and it wouldn't bother Smith.
Well played Khawaja, he's had a poor series but has come to the party here.
Curran is still young but he's way down in the pecking order so he's unlikely to feature again for England at test level for quite some time unless he improves. His younger brother Sam is a much better prospect, a few years younger, left arm bowler and very handy with the bat.

He would need to alter his whole run up and action to get a bit more pace. Or he will be a trundler
But change all that and it could backfire

There's probably about 8 bowlers in the whole of England and Wales that this doesn't apply to unfortunately.
Seems to be the norm, we put ourselves in a great position then play a few stupid shots and we're on the backfoot.
Pleased to see the tail put on some runs after getting peppered for the first few tests.
For some reason Smith did not bowl Starc against the England tail. Starc knows how to wipe out a tail so those extra runs are from Smith.

Bloody Smith is taking the p!ss by doing us favours by dropping catches and not bowling Starc. Who does he think he is!? Do us another favour Steve, chop on to your stumps first thing tomorrow or smash Mason Crane straight up into the skies before landing safely in Bairstow's gloves.
England are useless in Aus.. we won in SA last winter. Unlike India who will lose.

The biggest issue in this series aint been the bowling.. England have got over 400 on 1 occasion. These wickets are very flat.England should have got 450 batting first in this match..

Liver,
U always obsessed with India dude. U get ur ass whopped by Aussies n u have the audacity to bring India here. Also SA have ripped u in ur backyard also, so calm down and I can say likewise we have defeated Sri Lanka in Lanka..
Another bad day for England with the Aussies 479-4, 133 ahead. Another Aussie win looks likely.
