I see we’re officially listed on the Premier league website and are now in receipt of a Premier certificate, however we still have no new signings
Fosun out !
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Calm down. There's plenty more Benik Afobe's out there for you to sign!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
More Benik Afobe's = more profits
I think most of you on here wanted Afobe as a one of our strikers and not a player to move on for a quick profit.
There were two of us at least who had reservations about him signing permanently.
Aaron Collins our U23 forward off to Colchester for a season long loan. Contract up after next season, so I'll guess he won't don a Wolves shirt again.
One down only about 15 more to go.
This is a facts only thread Sir Halfy. That's why it's on this one.
Asked around today about why the Ajax match is at Walsall and it’s because the Molineux pitch is being relaid and the dressing rooms and other back office stuff is being refurbished so the ground is not available for a game in July
Karl Henry not being offered a new contract by Bolton
Neves on Holiday

Did I just hear the England fans singing ‘wolves are going up’ ?
.....certainly sounded like it
Our feeder team Portugal thrashed Algeria 3-0 tonight. Patricio only had one save to make. Andre Silva came on for the last 15 minutes to replace Ronaldo but never got a look in.
Most interesting performance was Guedes who Wolves have been linked with. He scored two. He is a 21 year old forward with PSG but may be available because PSG have a problem with FFP and need to offload some players
Carl Ikeme's birthday today. Haven't heard any news about him for some time now but I hope his treatment is going well and that he can manage to enjoy his birthday
Jonny Evans signs for Leicester
Let the asset stripping begin
£3.5m is a feckin good price for Leicester
I see Leicester as our direct rival this season along with Everton
Just seen Anthony Bourdain has been found dead in France, quite a fan of his travel/food docs
Very sad and as you say his "Parts Unknown" program on CNN are very interesting. Suicide apparently.
Wolves striker Duckens Nazon has reportedly signed for Belgian top flight side Sint-Truidense VV on a three-year-deal, according to newspaper Het Belang van Limburg.
The Belgian newspaper said it was 'fact' the 24-year-old had penned a deal at the Belgian First Division A.

Two down, 13 more to go.

£3.5 million is your idea of asset stripping
well compared to the approx £30m that was on the table not so long ago, it's hardly a top price is it

It was £21 million.
Given what we paid for him compared, what we've got from Leicester (all paid upfront) and the 3 years he was with us, i'd say that we got good value for money from him. Certainly better value than players like Sturridge.
Should we have sold him last year for £21 million? No. Why sell your best player (which is what he was then)?
best player also part of the clusterfck trip to Spain.
my point was £3.5m in cash is a good price for Leicester, they'd struggle to find better at that price,
how much of that £3.5m would Moore have to replace him with

You could make a bid for Danny Batth.
You can have Danny Batth for 20 quid and a tube of Smarties.
Kortney Hause would be 20 quid and 2 tubes.
Or save the 20 quid and have Dominic Iorfa for just the 2 tubes of Smarties
