Latest bizarre transfer stories about Wolves are that Lazio are interested in buying Jota from Wolves for £25m and Stoke are interested in Afobe for £15m. Chance of a quick profit if we get better players in, but seems an odd one.
Also according to Jorge Mendez the Patricio deal is off due to Sporting demanding a further £2 million
Perton knows more than Jorge
Still on, apparently!
Gem, you've allowed this to become another rumor thread. Shame on you.
Patricio is coming, I have seen the proof
#cinciknows
Not really surprised that we are not seeing much action in the buying market as the international transfer window is not yet open. What does surprise me though is that we don't seem to be shipping any players out to champo/league 1 sides. Surely we will be offloading
Mason
Miranda
Deslandes
Oniangué
Zyro
Marshall
Iorfa
Graham
Ebanks-Landell
Gladon
Evans
As none of them has a hope of playing for us in the Premiership.
Perhaps we could sell a job lot to wetbumitch. For £25m they could field a team that would probably fare better in the Championship than the bunch of old crocks they will be left with when they have sold all their want away players.

Haven’t we already sold Lee Evans?
Lee Evens went to Sheffield Utd for £750k last year
if this turned out to be our reserve team after a summer clearout I reckon they would do ok in the championship;
Norris
Bennett, Batth, Hause
Afuso Ayeh, Saiss, Gibbs White, Vinagre
Cavaleiro, Afobe, Enobakhare

So he did. Nothing wrong with trying to flog him again though is there?
No problem pal, I thought he was worth a bit more anyway

Ajax away would have been better
Gem, I'm sure we will ship out most of those on your list as Nuno has stated that he wants to work with a squad of 19/20 senior players and the remainder made up of youngsters. The problem with that list, is that most have contracts beyond this season and unless clubs come in for them and offer a reasonable amount, we're stuck with them. The alternative is to cancel contracts or loan them out again, which could also take time.
So, just as we'll have to wait for any new arrivals, the same applies to your list. Mason at least is at Colorado Rapids until the end of the year and not doing very well. Price picked up yet another booking the other day. I think that makes it 6 in10 and he's already had a one match ban.

Hope we show some Vim against Ajax.
Ajax at Bescot on a Thursday afternoon? Suspect this will be a low key, second string affair.
Had it been on a Saturday, suspect it would have been a recipe for disaster. Place would have been ripped apart.

As Cif
D-Day 6th June.
Not only the anniversary of the Normandy landings, but also the day when England take on Scotland in the semi-final of the Toulouse U21 tournament.
Scotland finally getting to a competitive semi-final at any level since the turn of the century maybe and I don't mean the 21st either.
Wolves Academy player Elliot Watt is in the Scotland squad. Didn't feature in the first 2 games but came on at half time in their last match against South Korea. Looking forward to see if he plays a part against England. They show all the matches over here.
Really looking forward to the Molineux friendly against Villareal. The game against Athletic Bilbao a couple of years ago was really entertaining and we have a much better team now to contribute to a good game
The Ajax game is listed as a first team friendly and I don’t suppose a weekday afternoon kick off will stop a fair few travelling over to Bescot to watch. I would go even if it was an academy game. Be good to see our lads against them. Ajax have always had a highly rated youth system
Looks like the rumour that Wolves are prepared to offload Afobe may have some truth in it. Plenty of press reports tonight that they have accepted an offer from Stoke that gives them a quick £2m profit.
Makes you wonder if a commitment to buy was part of the loan deal, but that they decided they didn’t want him after seeing him in his loan games
Bizarre scenario with Afobe if it is true and one he would surely have been in the loop with.
As long as we end up with strikers can't say I am fussed either way
