Are West Ham fans usually this mince headed?

2 man utd fans whose favourite player is Eric Cantona.

Yeah what are the chances more than one person has Cantona as their favourite player. Christ, you get more stupid with every post.

So every Premier league game is an event?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Nope. Most West Ham games are non-events.
I think people are past caring about this season now. Do what you want with it. No one will remember this year for football.
Yeah it’s really convenient that one of the most popular players that has ever worn the shirt is the favourite player of more than one United fan.
Bloody hell, this is even more stupid than suggesting that football matches will be refunded after the event has already happened.

Blimey pretty defensive there Joe son
Hasn’t UEFA said they won’t allow clubs enter competitions if their leagues are cancelled?
I’m just explaining to you why it’s stupid.

They just backtracked on that statement, leading to this decision from the Dutch. To be fair, the top 4 in the league had been calling to cancel it for weeks.

Gonna be a nightmare for the Dutch league to sort this one out. Still so much to play for for every team in the league.
Does the Dutch league still usually have playoffs to decide everything?
Where are you getting this info from?
The papers are saying that no games can be played in The Netherlands before Sept.1.
They have a play off for the last Europa spot and one of the relegation spots.
The idea of a relegation play off is ridiculous.

Absolutely. If you void the entire season do you refund the fans for the hundreds of millions?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Some clubs might refund tickets for games that can’t be completed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Surely if they void the season then all tickets have to be refunded. As every game is null and void
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why refund tickets for a game they’ve already watched you stupid clown
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Does that really need explaining?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It kind of does

Seems like it's done bar an official statement.
The clubs will decide on Friday whether to carry on.
Ajax and AZ on the same points, Feyenoord on a good run.
Can't see the top 3 giving up as it stands.

Ajax and AZ have already called for the season to be abandoned
They've suggested it should be abandoned but I haven't read anywhere that AZ and Feyenoord are happy to just hand Ajax the title.

If it’s not possible to complete the season, ending with league standings as they are currently, is fairer than voiding an entire season
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don’t agree. A lot can happen in 1/4 of a season
Better to just hit the reset button and start again.
