Today’s got sod all to do with the wider ffp. Some of the thicker journalists are trying to make it about that and set a false narrative but none of ffp itself is being debated as part of this case.

That isn’t the point, melts.

There are repercussions for FFP now. It’ll be seen as unfit for purpose, and Uefa itself will wonder what the point of the regulations and attempting to enforce them is.

so given City were able to go cry to CAS to UEFA get to go cry to someone else?

seems a bit odd that UEFA aren't even allowed to ban people from their own competitions and a 3 rd party can come in and overrule them??

As you have pointed out, none of us has access to the evidence nor do we fully understand it.

Saudi's now have the green light to buy Newcastle and spend a billion on players.

I don't really see the point of a £10m fine, that's nothing to City.

That might as well have not bothered.

Weird that they'd state in emails that they were disguising equity funding, yet it turns out they weren't. Quite surprising.
