im not sure what Palace and Southampton need specifically

Right now I would not assume city will win anything, they lack that forward and kdb is not getting any younger
Utd will do the same as last year. Easy wins v bottom and struggle v top teams as their defense is a low block. Lots of firepower, little leadership so far.
Chelsea should win everything with their squad and breaking ffp left and right. Anything else imo is failure.
As for us. Forwards not getting younger. Fighting leicester and the rest for 4th
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You mention age about forward there but most of the top scorers across Europe were over 30.
no surprises this year for top four. liverpool, man city, man united and chelsea. leicester and leeds will battle for fifth and then the rest.
if leeds small squad can stay healthy they may challenge top four. that's what the worlds best manager can do for you.

Interesting you think Man Utds lack of talent in midfield will make them 4th yet it’s arguable United have a stronger midfield and attack than Liverpool and you have them 3rd
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Opinions innit.
I don't see a 20 goal a season striker at Utd and certainly don't agree about midfield. Nearly lolled a bit in fact.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think we have 4 or 5 players capable of surpassing 20 goals in a season. 3 who already have done that at the club.

Oh fair. In fairness Kane and Salah are probably the only 2 players in the league likely to surpass 20.
We don’t necessarily need a 20 goal a season striker. If we can get them all contributing there’s a lot of goals in this United team.
I’m more concerned with our ability to build up play to take advantage of our forwards, and control games to take pressure off the defence, than the arbitrary target of 20 goals a season from one player.

Nah I agree Darren it was more in relation to what he was saying about Utds forwards. I'm not sure they are better and Utd score 5 more goals than us last season so I not sure his comment stacks up too well when you throw in someone who is pretty much as guaranteed goals as you can get.
Sancho will be the new Kieta. Looks good in Germany but in a pace ridden PL he will need to show he has more to his game.
I think we’ve now got a better collection of attackers, without having anyone as good as Salah.
Man City: A striker and sacrifice some goats for CL
Liverpool: Depth still and stay away from injury bugs to CBs this year
Leeds: Make sure their players are fit and depth
Napoli need a furrrking miracle.
Our midfield is a conundrum wrapped in an enigma.
Fred had a very good Copa
McT I like and is improving.
Bruno can do it but has lost form badly.
Pogba can be WC or a WC.
If Ole can get them playing as a cohesive unit the title is possible, but I don't know how to do it.
City nrrd injuries, they have everything else.
Pool luck with injuries.
Chelsea, I really don't know. Tuchel is a smashing manager, but he works his players hard, too hard according to some

Does that make him the new Keita Gerard and Xavi rolled into one?
If the top 4 are as you say "sorted" including, conveniently, your team, then why go to the bother of posting it on everyone else's board ??
Plus, if everything is sorted, should the other 16 teams and their fans just not bother with next season ??
It's people like you we all love to see fall flat on your face when you come across as so entitled.

MM. Can't really agree with that Steve
I think Chelsea are pretty well set, United could do with a better partner for Maguire and maybe another midfielder and for Liverpool a lot will depend on how Van Dijk comes back and if Mane can regain his form fully.

I think Jota is going to have a big season and Elliot will start to make an impact. Quite excited about Jones too.
Konate seems to have flown under the radar a bit. Looks a player from the little I've seen.

Sancho for us
Grealish for City
Haaland for Chelsea
Aouar for Arsenal
