If the top 4 are as you say "sorted" including, conveniently, your team, then why go to the bother of posting it on everyone else's board ??

Plus, if everything is sorted, should the other 16 teams and their fans just not bother with next season ??

When they want someone they generally get them.

I think with City a lot will depend almost as much on who leaves rather than who comes in. If there’s not much change in their squad I’d still make them favourites as Pep’s a cheat code when it comes to league titles.

That wasn't really the question though was it 52 tbf.

It would be no surprise at all to see them sign him. They lost Giroud, Abraham could probably command a decent fee (even swap) and I suspect Haaland himself wouldn't be too against it.

Pretty much, Kane would make them strong favourites imo.

Rumours of Bernardo maybe moving but they'd probably just bring in Grealish.

As said though I think Torres is going to kill it this year.

I doubt his dad would be too keen on him joining us.

Haha yeah I'm presuming he starts. He's toolbar while to settle, plus Peps methods are apparently a huge amount to take on, but he looked very good towards the end and was starting more.

I can definitely see Canceling going, not sure where Sterling would go though. Perhaps abroad? I'd have him back at Liverpool in a heartbeat.

This phone drives me nuts.

Abramovich seems to have gone back into money no object mode the last 18 months. They'll also have earned a shiitt load through winning the CL. If Dortmund name their price this summer I'd expect Chelsea to match it.

Just about rather Chelsea than City because if Haaland went to the latter the rest of us may as well pack it in now to be honest.

I'm a huge fan of Pep but cannot wait until he leaves these shores tbh.

I’d be surprised if he’s starting that much more than he did this season, City just have too much competition in the areas he can play - especially if they sign Kane or another striker.

I doubt Sterling will leave, to be honest. Was just making the point that too much change from a team that has settled key players with Pep’s way of playing, could cause them a few issues.

City don’t tend to blow the whole thing up and rebuild, which is why they are so consistent in the league as they just keep adding a few pieces here and there each summer.
