Or we could just accept the fact that referees are humans and don't aways get it right.

So you don't think teams should be able to appeal 3 match bans given to players incorrectly because referees are humans?
What are you rambling on about now Tammy? What players have been give a 3 match ban incorrectly?

No need - that’s what VAR is for.
Oh,
Wait,
Goalkeeper Daniel Bentley is having a medical at Compton tomorrow prior to making the the switch from Bristol City to Wolves for a nominal fee. Matija Sarkic will go out on loan to Stoke for the remainder of the season.

Plenty. They overturn suspensions from red cards several times every season.
The premier league keep preaching that clear and obvious errors should be challenged and potentially the decision changed. Can’t think of any reason why that shouldn’t apply to yellow cards.
If the error is clear and obvious it should take a minute or two for each review. Just as Var reviews should also take that long max if they just looked for clear and obvious errors rather than getting a microscope out to see if someone’s big toe is offside
I rather enjoy the lengthy VAR reviews.
It's the excitement of watching the replays in slow motion and then in real time, while listening to the analysts and TV pundits give a detailed breakdown on the way they saw the incident in real time.
Waiting in delicious anticipation for the final decision from Stockley Park.
All the while knowing that those people in the ground that have paid a fortune to be there have not the first feckin clue what's going on
Tv fixtures announced through to mid March and none of our home games have been moved. Looks like all our next 4 home games will be on a Saturday at 15:00. Weird time to play football.
Our away game at Fulham is on Friday 24Feb at 20:00. And the game at Newcastle will now be on Sunday 12th March at 16:30
Reported that the Lyon owner went to Brazil to talk directly to Joao Gomes to persuade him to go to France, but the player evidently told him he wants to play for Wolves.
Less than a week to go in the transfer window now. Will an agreement be reached
The only good thing that has improved football these days, is the quality of pitches. That's my opinion.
All these new rules and regulations have just complicates matters. This season for example, the ball doesn't have to go out of the box before a players can touch it after a goal kick. That's what's caused the concern of some on here about our inability, at times, to play out from the back.
Next, we'll have time outs which will slow the game down even more.
But one rule that is constantly overlooked and ignored is when players take a throw-in. 50% of the time, or more, they're illegal. Either the foot is over the line, or the trailing foot comes off the ground.
Shame the old rule of, if it's not broken, don't fix it, isn't adhered to.
How about unlimited rolling subs like in basketball?
Hoever is still training with PSV and they are still paying him but it’s expected he will move on to another loan club before the window closes. Also expected to go out on loan this month are Mosquera, Hodge and Campbell
Not sure Hoever is going to make it with us, wouldn't a sale be better than another loan?
Hoever seems to be wasting a lot of promise. Clearly talented as PSV tried to give him game time.
Think Hoever seems to be a bit of a waster. Not progressed as a player and doesn't seem to have a great attitude. Think his career seems to be at a bit of a crossroads and I suspect his next move will probably be to a lesser club
A little earlier than expected, it seems Pedro Neto has returned to full training
That's got to be great news, as long as he can get back to his best. He now has some competition which will help.
unfortunately i think we have already seen the best of Neto.
All depends on whether he keeps his pace and whether he can go long enough without getting injured again. If he picks up another long term injury in the next year, it's unlikely he'll ever fulfill the potential he had.
such a shame as he was looking genuinely top top class when he got injured. It looked pretty innocuous didn't it at the time?
Lyon appear to have given up on their efforts to attract Joao Gomes and there’s a growing confidence we can complete that signing in the next couple of days
Will be like a new signing.
We really have got an abundance of non scoring strikers to select from.
Evidently there are growing rumours that we have agreed a fee for Flamingo midfielder Joe Gomes (4 goals in 119 appearances)
Goalkeeper Sarkic joined Stoke on loan for the rest of the season and it seems Hoever is set to follow him.
The Joao Gomes deal looks settled and he is being booked in for a medical. And we are also being linked with a move for West Ham striker Mikkel Antonio
