I have done. Webb came in and has brought in the need to explain decisions against all clubs.

However the article is about Coote and Liverpool and you've stated as a consequence of what allegedly occurred, Webb needs to go. Why does he need to go and as a consequence of this and how does it relate to other clubs?

I'm sure there have been loads of managers through the years that refs hate having to deal with. Some managers do it intentionally to try and get some small advantage, some do it because they simply can't control themselves. Top managers are winners, and winners rarely make for good losers.

We all know it's the case but, unless it's proven to be a fake, then only one dumb-feck has been stupid enough to have himself filmed expressing that.

PGMOL will sack him if they can't prove it's fake. They need to show they're impartial and, whether it had any impact on his decisions or not, there's now a question mark with Coote.

He was foolish to say it when he knew he was being filmed but other than give a personal opinion on someone who clearly didn't always treat officials with respect, what did he do so wrong?

I can only imagine what the refs said about SAF back in the day.

As much as I agree with this and I have absolutely no doubt refs say the same about plenty of others, both players and other coaches, that he’s been filmed saying it and it’s out in the public domain means there’s very little chance he’ll keep his job as a PL ref.

He shouldn’t have let himself be filmed saying it and shouodnt have trusted whoever was doing the filming that they’d keep it to themselves.

The odd thing with it all is why say the video can’t get out? Why not say delete the video?

It would take an expert to produce something like this. Wth would an expert be doing trying to prove a bias against a football team from a particular individual? The only excuse I can think of is that it's not actually him but a lookalike.

What it shows for me is the PGMOL needs to be totally gutted from top to bottom and subject to regulation

Coote calling Klopp a cant shows theres a big chance of bias and his colleagues must have known his feelings but he carried on reffing or VARing Liverpool games

It's a closed shop that answers only to itself and we're seeing the standard of officiating drop even with help from technology

Does he mention he hates Liverpool? Only thing I can see if he doesn’t like Klopp because of klopps actions. But might be a longer clip out there I haven’t seen.

No idea. And that’s not really the point anyway. Klopp has been Liverpool manager for nearly 4 of those years so if his gripe is with the manager and not the club then he still shouldn’t have been allowed near any Liverpool games.
