Since I'm a baby at 20 I'd presume you're a fair bit older, and in that case you being sat here arguing with me just shows you really are incredibly pathetic and I do actually pity you.

Well I must be a foetus, seem as I am only 19.

You may know your own opinion but the backtracking on here isn't showing that .....

In your words "That's off topic" and showing you're losing the argument..

Which way do you want it "young Skywalker!"

Moses

Maybe it wasn't you that said that, I'm too lazy to go through every comment, but I've had to fight my point so much, fending off insults from all angles, hardly surprising I've got a little mixed up is it.

My opinion is that international TV rights should be split up in the same way that domestic ones are, if that is feasible.

There you go, that's my opinion.

We were talking about how football is all about money laughingboy and I said this.

Never said I was happy about it, I'd much prefer to be chatting about the performance in the recent game between us, but it's all about money now and you know that.

How is that off topic?

And then I, in jest, tried to lighten the mood by talking about the sport, rather than the business behind it, but apparently as you've tried to do a few times on here.

Would you not prefer to talk about football?

Fred, you ain't been insulted, just outnumbered..

No one has an issue with you, just disagree... But it's banter fella. If you're offended, I'm deeply sorry pal.

No offence taken.

After all I'm the one who spent most of this argument with my laptop in the sun and 25 degrees on my balcony...

Seriously?

Unlucky.. I have air con in my villa...

Oops

Air con in a villa in Bolton?

The air con is redundant no?

Nice of you to pick the year where we were absolutely crippled by interest payments and owners without a clue though, bravo

---

They based on the last available audited complete financial year available for each club, so I hardly "chose" them with any hidden agenda.

2010-11 are usually published between Nov-11 to Feb-12

Assumptions young Jedi..

Like the one where I assumed you were a scouser with a match ticket..

Reebok Bricks

Fair enough, we can look into it when figures are published without the 40million a year interest payments.

So you're a regular match goer, with a villa that clearly isn't in Bolton...

What a minute, I really don't care that much!!!

Poor old Fred, complaining about being insulted. You wouldn't look quite so ridiculous if you hadn't said the following:

"it's always nice to show the idiots where they're wrong."

"Pathetic the lot of you."

"Cute little mid table fans."

No I meant Aston Villa.... You know, the team you should support!!!!

I was 4 at the time, had no idea about geography and wanted to be like my Dad...

Is that not a valid reason for being a fan of a particular team?

Should I have changed when I knew more a realised I didn't live within L4? Would that mean you think changing clubs is less respectable?

My second team is Bournemouth, used to go to as many games as possible with my Dad when home from uni.

To quote you, but with the correct word...

"What (wait) a minute, I really don't care that much!!!

Then why use it against me then fella?

Against you??

Tut how defensive... Just bringing humour into the article fella...

Fred

Deloitte judge the size of a club purely on revenues, not out goings like interest payments, wages or profit and loss, so unless you can generate more turnover, you are likely to stay 8th unless the revenues of teams above you take a fall.

If you had an interest free financial period for 2009/10, you would still be 8th.

You may think I know quite a lot about financing in football and to be fair to you, I am a shareholder in Burnden Liesure PLC and have been for the last 10 years, my father held them for 44 years prior to me.

All Prem teams use Deloitte Sports accounting division and I get very detailed information and statistical breakdowns of all things financial in football in the form of Reports & Accounts annually.

I know all about the Deloitte league, my father used to work with them, if we're getting into family histories.

We had owners who didn't have a clue at the time, our club was in an appalling financial state, with the new owners, they know what they are doing and have turned the club around, financially and on the field.

Financially is where we have improved drastically recently, with Warrior Sports, Jack Wolfskin and Standard Chartered as new lucrative deals, not sure if that will be covered by those figures.

However, without Champion's League footy and a small stadium we aren't exactly doing badly in that league are we?
