Ok let's humour you, as you seem to be stuck in some sort of repetitive cycle. If you burgle a house, you are a burglar, yes. of course.

Now if you want to use that sort of logic, which is completely irrelevant then ok but you can compare it to the following:-

If you racially discriminate against a race, you are a racist.

I can give you an example, it would put me in a good light but hey, I can accept it. I have in the past shouted at the TV when a player fouls a Liverpool player and gets away with it, he happens to be black and I shout, black ****blah blah. I made a stupid racial comment, in the heat of the moment when I was angry but in no way do I think any race inferior to another. I accept people of all races, I am not racist.

I have did exactly the same when I saw a baldy player or a ginger player, or even Rooney and shouted baldy blah blah, ginger blah blah and fat blah blah, in the heat of the moment, it is abusing a player based on appearance and is something which I disagree completely with but in anger I have made the stupid idiotic comments, which I of course am ashamed of but in no way am I racist, do I view overweight people differently, treat ginger people differently or bald people differently.

I know you'll choose not to understand any of this but that is how it works. Racial abuse does not mean you're a racist.

If you make a racist comment, which are not your beliefs. The 'victim;' claims you are not racist, and so do those imposing the law. Does that make you a racist?

It was answered you fool. We all said yes, however that is not relevant. If you want to use that logic in relation to racism then you ask:-

If somebody racially discriminated against another, is he racist? Yes

If somebody racially discriminates against another but the person he discriminated said he didn't is he racist? Yes
