Why does it open a debate about ticketless fans when two reports have found that the capacity was around the same as tickets sold. Unless the people who had tickets were in the bars and the people without in the stadium. Yes that's it, that seems likely.
The discussion about fans pushing being responsible or partly responsible could have taken place any time over the past 23 years and been debated along with all other points. However, to continue to use that argument after the panel's verdict, reached after two years extensive research into documentary and video evidence, exonerated the fans from all blame, is tantamount to mischief making, or trolling just for the sake of it. It's disrespectful to the families and highly offensive to Liverpool fans. Pushing did not cause the crush.
TOOR - I'm amazed that other fans want to make this stuff up. Why?
Simply to antagonise others and because they've ran with it for years and aren't men enough to admit they were wrong.
