According to the lastest rumours yes. Poch will be sacked this week

Once Mourinho goes to PSG, he’ll have done a job it at every major club pretty much (except one minor one in Spurs). Not much left to take over after that really.

I think Edu is trying to buy two strikers in a £100m budget. So if Jesus is going to cost £51m, the second striker would be in the £30m-£40m range.

Going to make a controverticle today

The strikers we have been linked to have very different styles. For example scamacca, morata, darwin nunez, Tammy are all back to goal players. Whereas Jesus, Lautaro etc can play wide or central but you can't really launch balls at them. So it doesn't make sense unless we are going after two players.

I don't think 3 strikers in the squad is too much?

Nah but can't see us spending 70m+ let alone 100m on one position.
Not sure about Gabriel Jesus, does look good in patches but I feel like I'd score a few for Man City when they are in in form.
Pls not Tammy Abraham.

Jesus and Eddie are sort of modern day high press strikers. I suppose that would be your main style. Kinda like what we played last season in our successful runs. City and Liverpool lite. But you then need a presence if teams sit back. Which is where a cheaper target man makes sense.

We did spend £50m on a CB last season. Who would have expected that? So £100m on a position where we have no players apart from a developing Eddie doesn't sound too much tbh. We did spend £100m+ on Laca and Auba.

DCL for over 30m would be a horrific risk. Looked a decent player before his injury but he's had a whole season off now and is 25, easy to see him in the championship in a season or two
