We've repeatedly scouted Malen apparently.

Good strike rate, 22 and can play wide but doesnt often. For those that actually enjoy watching football here is a video of mad skillz and stuff.

As every it's wether or not they transition to the harder faster pace of the PL

I've not really watched him but the profile fits.

He's got very good balance going by that though.

He has good movement of the ball, can link up the play and is a better finisher than Firmino.

We absolutely need Konate who can play on the right hand side of Trent. He is a big physical defender who has played as a right back and will cover that side when Trent is out of position.

All opposition teams target our right side because Trent is not a great defender.

He was clocked as one of the top three fastest cbs in Europe's top five leagues twice out of the last three seasons or something.

VVD was also.

I feel like the issue the club would have signing somebody like Daka or Malen is, given their age, they could end up in a similar boat to Minamino where it will take them time to adapt to the pace and physicality of the PL.

If you're good at football you adapt I reckon. Minamino just isnt very good.

I wouldn't say the likes of Havertz and Werner at Chelsea aren't good at football just because they haven't adapted to the league yet to perform to the levels they showed in Germany, for example.

Obviously Minamino isn't as good as Werner or Havertz but I wouldn't exactly say he's a bad player, he's shown glimpses of his quality. He just hasn't shown it consistently enough, probably due to the physicality of the league and he hasn't had a decent run of games.
